When I was looking a jobs friend of mine told me about Impact Recruitment. I gave them a call and was hired immediately. The team is friendly. The manager ( Gary Brown) responsible for the team I am working with is very respectful and calm. If we have any questions Gary is present every time to answer them and help us if necessary. Gary were extremely unprofessional throughout the recruitment process. He lacked clear communication, and provided misleading information about the role. Their disorganized approach wasted time and showed little respect for candidates. I would not recommend working with them based on this poor experience.
