Can’t thank impact claims enough been very helpful all the way through the process , which has only took around 4-5 weeks start to finish to get me a big enough refund to be able to spoil the children and clear some other debts up .

What a fantastic team! I came across Impakt Claims on TikToc and wasn’t sure if it was legitimate, I can confirm not only are they legitimate but they are 100% committed to getting people refunded. I received a refund within weeks of signing with them and I didn’t have to lift a finger, they did all the work on my behalf and once I received an offer, payout was within minutes. I honestly cannot recommend them enough!

Got a letter plus a court letter saying I owed £700 for them getting me my amegio refund, I went through amegio sheme to get this and weeks later they say I owe this, ave never had any correspondence with them till now.

Cannot recommend this company enough used them twice now and got a really good offer both times that I didn’t expect very little hassle and time filled in a form and within a month they had successfully got me a refund on both occasions Sammy and Tom were really easy to talk to and great communication on what was happening through the process

Saw the advertisement for ImpaktClaims and decided to give them a chance. Two of my loans where eligible for investigation however only one had enough information to pursue. True to there word I heard back within 12 weeks. ImpaktClaims had managed to arrange a reduction of £4,625.20 from a £4,791.28 loan to which I was over the moon with. Futhermore because it was a reduction and not a reimbursement I wasn't charged a penny! So only £166.08 to pay and no more loan. I would definitely give this company a go as you never know...

The reason the loan was eligible for a refund/reduction was because they offered me several,'Top-up's' to the original loan over a period of 7 years. Every time this was done the APR was increased without my knowledge and the company in question never once checked if I could actually afford the repayments. Because of this they were found to be guilty of irresponsible lending and ordered to repay all of the interested gained.

Finally companies that target people with low/poor credit are being held accountable for taking advantage and charging extortionate interest rates!
