Very good experience with Imparfaiteparis.com. The vintage items are always in good condition. And the over all purchase experience with the online shop is outstanding.

C'est ma première commande et j'ai connu quelques désagréments : sur les deux colis réceptionnés, l'emballage de l'un d'entre eux était déchiré car sans doute trop fin. L'un des articles, la doudoune en l'occurrence, portait une odeur de friture très désagréable et je vais devoir la laver ou la porter au pressing !

Une super expérience client avec un SAV très réactif. Les retours sont très faciles et le contrôle qualité est performant.

Si vous cherchez des pépites vintages, c’est chez Imparfaite qu’il faut aller! Je ne suis jamais déçue. Petit soucis de livraison sur ma dernière commande, mais ça n’est pas de leur faute. L’équipe a été très réactive et à tout fait pour trouver une solution. Merci Raphaëlle pour ton aide ;)

If you’ve ordered and see something you like after the fact you can contact them and they’ll combine shipping. Try to send your offers in at one time since they expire in 24 hours.

I purchased two items from Imparfaite. The selection is beautiful. Unfortunately there was some confusion over the availability of my items and I was refunded in full for both, and given a code for free postage in future. Oddly, one of the items did arrive in the end. If was packaged beautifully. I was able to communicate with the team quickly and effectively to ensure the funds reached them. Will shop again!
