I haven't even received my sample that I ordered well over 1 week ago. Terrible.

I made an order and paid for the next day delivery, order was delayed by 1 day by Royal Mail but that isn't the fault of Imperial Fragrances. When I contacted support late on a Friday evening, they were quick to respond and dealt with the delay effectively. Thank you so much guys, I didn't expect a response on a Friday evening.

I ordered 3 2ML vials for a short trip away and they arrived in a cute package very well packed. Very chuffed with this purchase and great value for money!

Love the perfume, took longer than I expected to be delivered. I also think the price for the tester is too high.

Excellent packaging, quickly delivered. My only quibble is the Non-spray bottles used for 1ml samples, but otherwise a great service.

Once received item that was broken but I received excellent customer service and got a replacement in no time at all.

Received samples very quickly - nicely packaged and as described.

The samples came very quickly in a lovely little velvet bag and hurrah the mojave ghost does not give me a headache, which most perfumes do, I just had an idea it would be ok, don’t know why, but I’m glad because it’s lovely

Ordered Kilian Good Girl Gone Bad and received a sample that was markedly darker than the original we had from Harrods and smelt different. After an awful online chat with customer services I sent the bottle back. The seller admitted there were “slight differences in notes” - but made no mention of the darker colouring and insisted it was an original! Then refused to provide a refund unless I cancelled the PayPal dispute (knowing I could not then reopen it) and then they escalated the dispute! PayPal found in my favour. For any buyer who knows what their perfume should smell like - BEWARE any site that talks about differences between perfume batches! Like I said, awful customer service…

Great opportunity to sample a perfume and to see if it’s for you without spending a fortune. Delivered quickly and without hassle. Would definitely use again

The delivery took longer than expected, and the test are hard to tell apart, since the text rubs off too easily, but other than that the packaging and the vials seem to be of decent quality, still worth the buy

Speedy and efficient delivery and perfume is beautiful. But spray bottle is useless. Every time I try to spray it the perfume pours out, what a waste.

Beautiful smell, prefer the small spray samples so might go for a bigger sample next.

Ordered from Imperial a few times now and cannot fault the service. Items have all arrived quickly, well packaged and in a velvet bag.

Where imperial really shine is their customer service. Contacted them asking for the batch number for the Aventus I’d sampled and loved after the one I tried in store was slightly different. They really went above and beyond. I placed another order for more Aventus and they included the little bit they had left of the original bottle so I’ll at least get the same scent for my wedding day!

The product came next day which was fantastic but the scent doesnt last and is so weak. Its not what I smelt in store. I always purchase my Penhaligons from the shop itself. This is the first time I've bought online and its like its been watered down or something....absolutely gutted, £160 down the toilet....lesson learned. Never will I recommend this company and never again will I use it. Should've just paid the extra £15-£20 and got it direct from Penhaligon's. 😔☹️

Ordered two 1ml samples, both vials were original, well packaged and sent in a velvet pouch.
Very pleased with the service and although I hate having to pay for samples to see what works with the skin, these proved cheaper than other companies even with the postage. Will probably be buying more from this company.

I ordered initio oud of greatness original received my order as processed on time and was pleased as Imperial fragrance enabled me to truly experience the fragrance at a reasonable price before making an informed decision to purchase a full bottle as opposed to risking a blind buy.
