I purchased a table cloth based on their website. They sent me a product bad stitched and it doesnt have the seams as they advertised. This company advertisement is misleading and not truthful.
As soon as I received the product I report it that it was not what they advertised and they refuse to refund me. I had to go get it done through other tailors.

I ordered custom silicone “adult” finger rings from Imprint Now for an upcoming event, and the product I received is not usable for its intended purpose.

The rings are marketed as “adult one-size-fits-all,” but in reality they do not fit standard adult ring sizes at all. Most adults wear sizes 8–10, while these appear closer to size 15–16 — far outside a normal wearable range.

More concerning, after measuring the product as requested by the company, the dimensions do not clearly align with what was represented. The company states an inner circumference of 3 inches (≈76 mm), but based on actual measurements, the sizing and fit do not reflect a typical 3-inch ring circumference in a way that would make it wearable.

There was no sizing chart, no conversion guidance, and no indication that the “adult” option would fall so far outside standard sizing. The only options presented were “adult” or “youth,” which makes the labeling misleading.

After receiving the order, we tested the rings across multiple adults, and they did not fit anyone in a normal size range. This made the product unusable for the event it was purchased for.

When I contacted the company, they acknowledged they could remake the order — but only if I paid again, offering just a 10% discount. Despite the product not meeting reasonable expectations or their own specifications, the burden to fix the issue was placed entirely on the customer.

This is not a customization mistake — it is a product usability and presentation issue. If a product is sold as an adult finger ring, it should be wearable by a reasonable portion of adults or clearly disclose otherwise.

Based on this experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company for anything. This was a money grab.

Bestellung kam direkt aus China. Zollabfertigung muss man also selbst erledigen. Und an alle Firmenkunden aufgepasst: es gibt keine Ordentliche Rechnung. Nur ein Schmierblatt ohne Absenderadresse oder Steuernummer. Für Privat wahrscheinlich ok. Die Bestellte Ware war tatsächlich in Ordnung und pünktlich.

If I could give this company a zero star rating I would.

At first the process seemed pretty stream lined. A couple miss communications with what was wanted but eventually the design was sorted out, or so I was lead to believe.

Approximately a week after approving the proof, this company attempted to "shake me down" for additional money because of a communication issue they had between sales and their design team. I contested this process as I had already paid and was credited the balance. All was good.. until..

Fast forward two weeks, my package finally arrived and I was very excited. Until I opened it. The pins were not what was agreed upon and they weren't even the appropriate pins. I expressed my concerns to the company and they said they would look into it as it was a high priority. 24h later, a dismissive email attempting to gas light me that this was actually what I ordered.

I re submitted all the documentation and proof screenshots I had taken of the paid for product in contrast to what I received.

They closed the ticket and have been radio silent. This company is unprofessional and unorganized. Do not use them.

They are scam artists and changed key letters in the text on a proof for a business card design provided. They then used a distraction of another problem with the file to avoid the text changes being picked up and then proceeded to make the business cards with the incorrect text. When confronted they claim the proof was approved and they hold no liability. At no point was it stated the file was re-written and misspelled. These are basic mistakes that I think any professional company would hold themselves to account over, but not Imprint Now. Go to someone local and avoid this company like the plauge!

I was very satisfied with this work. It was done exactly as we asked and delivered in a timely manner . They were personalized napkins and looked great. They were also very quick at sending me the proof and confirming it.

Poor customer service and failure to meet delivery dates guaranteed by them.

Order "lost in production" even though website and emails said it was being produced. Customer service was contacted multiple times and no one was accountable or helpful. This was for a corporate event.

Seit einer Woche frage ich, wo meine Lieferung bleibt? Man bekommt 10 Mails, bezahlt vorab horrende Summen für die Lieferung und am Tag, wo die Lieferung kommen soll, wird man gefragt, ''wie verbleiben wir jetzt'' - die Produktion wurde nicht mal gestartet! Ein Impressum gibt es nicht, was verpflichtend ist bei .de Seiten, telefonisch ist natürlich auch kein Kontakt vorhanden. Also alles sehr unprofessionell und unzuverlässig!

This company is a joke. Firstly, they're a Filipino Company. That explains their lack of customer service and their ridiculous lead time i.e. production to delivery time. I have been back and forth with at least 5 reps. It's like they take turns. And with every rep it's a different story or they have no clue as to what is going on. Be warned. Stay away. They're a sad excuse of a company. Any good reviews are from their own employees.

Do NOT and I mean DO NOT order their pens! Horrible outcome from print to the actual model of pen. Have ordered 3-4 batches now and there is always an issue. You truly do get what you pay for, and well its China, the kings of cheap everything.

They say you can order a sample. 1 cent plus shipping and handling. I designed a hat and it said minimum order is 10 hats. I spoke with customer service through their chat box and they said they dont do that. I told them to update their website and get rid of the promo because its false advertising.

This experience was ridiculous. It began with them sending a completely wrong proof with the wrong colors and the logo was inverted and wrong. Then I started getting multiple emails from several different people asking me for confirmations on colors and logos and then when the product finally shipped they sent a dark green with a dark grey incorrect logo. Customer service was not helpful at all and would just say I approved it. When asked they could not show me which person or proof had been approved.

I used that cie 5 times for embroidred badges. The badges were always nice and delivered as it should.
I order with them since 3 years without any problems. I'm surprised of bad comments.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered 28 t-shirts for a family event and paid almost $100 extra to receive the shirts a day sooner than the free delivery date. A few days before the guaranteed delivery date, I noticed my order hadn't shipped yet. When I called customer support, they stated there was high production volume and said they'd e-mail me with an update. I received a cancellation e-mail with a note that said production volume was too high. I'm without shirts 3 days before the event now. While I do appreciate that they sent a refund without issue, I needed the shirts more-- It would've been nice to know that there were "production issues" immediately after I ordered 3 weeks in advance, so I could've tried to make other arrangements.

Website clearly states: "Free Shipping Available on All Orders: ..... we offer free shipping on every order – whether you’re buying two items or 2,000! "
However, on ordering - the minimum shipping was $34.51, which I could not override. Customer Service advised to get free shipping I needed to order a minimum of 5 units. Nowhere on website does it note order minimums required and free shipping message above, implies there are none. Despite explaining the above, they would not provide free shipping for the order which was for 2 units as a trial.

SHADY, MISLEADING, and COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY!

This company sold me “standard adult” trucker hats that turned out to be low-profile (10 cm crown depth) completely unusable. The most important detail? They never disclosed the crown depth anywhere on their website.

When I raised the issue, they repeatedly claimed the measurement was “clearly stated.” It wasn’t. When asked to show where, they couldn’t, because it doesn’t exist. Instead, they tried to shift blame onto me, implying I missed something that was never provided.

This is classic bait-and-switch behaviour: omit key sizing information, deliver a substandard product, then stonewall the customer and refuse a refund.

The correspondence shows blatant contradiction, deflection, and refusal to take responsibility. This is not an honest business. If you value transparency or integrity, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

Ordered some id badges and they chose to use UNI UNI as the courier. Well that's where the problem began, shows a delivery attempt which never happened. I asked them to follow up, also requested for them to reship with a trusted courier (UPS, Fedex, DHL) and what do they go and do, reship with UNI UNI again and it's still not delivered.
