Hello Andika,

Thanks for your feedback. Your company incorporation was delayed by Companies House and not by Incorpuk. Our team even gave you Companies House email and phone number for you to contact them and confirmed the date we filed your company incorporation which was March 8th.
At Incorpuk we are very transparent to our customers and our support team has been responding to your emails and updating you about the delay as your company was the most delayed incorporation we have ever had and it was not usual. So we are surprised that you came to Trustpilot and wrote all these when we have been updating you about the delay and getting in touch with Companies House to understand the reason for your company approval delays.

Also, we have a 90-day refund policy if a company incorporation did not go through, yet you did not ask for a refund.

We have now received your company incorporation documents and details from Companies House and have sent you several emails but you have not responded to them. Kindly respond to our emails so we can know what the next step is.

Thanks for your feedback. However, we are a bit confused about your claims that Incorpuk does not help when it comes to opening Wise and Stripe. We provide guidelines and support for Stripe and business bank account opening including Wise immediately after your company was incorporated and the guidelines for all Payment gateways and banking solutions we assist our customers with are also available on your Incorpuk dashboard.

Over 60% of our customers have used our services for the purpose of gaining access to Stripe from any unsupported country in the world and over the last 4 years we have successfully assisted over 8,000 founders launch a UK company and over 4,800 of those customers are residents of Stripe unsupported countries and have been able to open Stripe account.

No platform provides the level of support and assistance Incorpuk provides to non-resident founders and this is a testament to the majority of our Trustpilot reviews.

Incorpuk can not provide guidelines and support for Stripe account opening only if your business model falls under Stripe's prohibited business list such as illegal drugs, adult content, gambling, counterfeit goods, crypto mining & staking, bankruptcy service, etc

As for Wise, due to high demand, some applications are being placed on a temporal waitlist by Wise but a lot of applications are still being onboarded. Wise has assured us of resolving the issue but you can still retry or use other suitable business bank accounts which are available to non UK residents and which we also provide guidelines and support for.

Hello Muhammad,
Thanks for your feedback however you are a bit wrong in your assessment.
First of all Wise is not the major reason why a lot of people choose to incorporate in the UK. A lot of people incorporate in the UK because they want to scale their businesses globally, access UK and international business accounts in multiple currencies, access Payment gateways such as Stripe, Paddle, PayPal, etc and other perks and rewards.

Secondly Wise is just one out of 5 of our banking partners for non UK residents to open a business bank account for their companies after incorporation. Wise is not the only suitable banking platform.

Thirdly, Wise is still onboarding applications from businesses incorporated in the UK and EU but in the last 2 months a few
applications are being placed on a temporal waitlist and if your application is placed on a temporal waitlist you can apply again. Also Wise is just one of the options we have other banking solutions partners such as Tide, Worldfirst, Airwallex, etc These business bank accounts are very suitable for non-UK residents.

Our customers have successfully used other business banking platforms to open bank accounts for their UK companies after incorporation and we provide guidelines and support.
