IncorpUK are the best. This is the first time I and my co founders decided to register a company outside Brazil for our software and AI development agency and we discovered IncorpUK.
The experience was awesome and they also provided us additional guidance and support for Wise and Revolut account setup. We are grateful to this company and look forward to keep working with them.

I paid for my company incorporation on the 15th and contacted IncorpUK because I still hadn't received my Companies House authentication code.

Emilia's response was to ask whether I had received the code. That was literally the issue I had contacted them about.

If support cannot take the time to read a short email before replying with a template, it's difficult to have any confidence in the service. Waiting is one thing, but being ignored and receiving irrelevant responses is another.

Very disappointing experience.

While I did receive a full refund after they failed to deliver a business bank account within the guaranteed timeframe, I later discovered that they still held access to my company emails from Companies House.
