The instructions are outdated. I was not able to get any virtual bank account, and my ecommerce business is stuck now because of this

You did not contact our support team regarding any bank account opening issues you encountered. It is always important to contact our support team if any issue is encountered regarding bank account setup for further assistance.
We provide the best support for non-UK residents regarding bank account and payment gateway account setup. We have more than 5 banking partners that fully support non-UK residents.
