We signed up with Incrementum to have them run our PPC campaigns on Amazon. When we started our ACOS was roughly 50% and we new that it would rise because Incrementum had to rebuild all of our campaigns to work with the third-party PPC software that they used (Perpetua). Fast forward 6 months later and ACOS is at 59%, we were on our third account manager, and the company was getting mad at our company because we were upset that they were not doing anything other than letting Perpetua run its course. Save yourself time, headache, frustration, and money and do your PPC yourself, use a PPC software, or look anywhere but here. This is just another company looking to make money on the backs of hard working Amazon sellers. They will probably respond with, "but we did our best and gave you a $1,500 refund plus waived the 30-day cancellation fee." Yes, they did and we accepted because we had already lost enough time, money, and sales from using them and didn't want to waste more money on lawyer fees. How do you know our products just aren't bad or that we are bad at SEO and all the other things that come with the PL sector of Amazon? Within 6 weeks of switching to our new PPC Management Company who I won't disclose to keep this review up, our ACOS is down 14% and still dropping, yes from 59% to 45%, sales are up, profits are up, conversion rates are up, and Ad Spend is down. The results you will get with Incrementum Digital are the same as if you subscribed to Perpetua, set it on autopilot, and hired a VA to build monthly reports for you and then tell you about them on a zoom call. Another thing to note, our campaign structure was entirely messed up after using Incrementum Digital, beforehand they were nice, clean, and effective. By messed up I mean titles that were hard to read, campaigns with 300+ KWs, and unoptimized budgets, it was simply horrific. When we asked for corrections to be made they would fix one tiny thing and then ignore everything else.

We have been working with incrementum for over 2 months coming to 3, and we are so glad that we have Andu in charge of our account as he is extremely committed to helping us to achieve our PPC goals. Andu does spend the time and effort to understand our product well, and the market, and he will propose very sound PPC plans to us. Communication is seamless and goals are aligned, we cannot wait to see how sales will go even higher in the coming few months!
