Dependable and Professional
Have ordered supplies with IndeMedical twice. So far, things have gone very smoothly. Each step of the way I received updates on order status - from initial order through delivery. Nick and Mike are amazing, providing incredible customer service with a warm personal touch!!
I was amazed to receive a call from Nick (not an email) following my first order with them.
Both are so knowledgeable and helpful.
I have even had a few impossible delivery requests which they were able to fulfill.
They have demonstrated the ability to provide products that are not included in their routine inventory.

Excellent product
Excellent product, arrived as described. Quick shipment. Shipping was far too much, though. Seems ridiculous to spend $7 to ship a $2 item. I have since found a company who charged me $3 for the item, but zero shipping. Plus, they sent it overnight!
