Had a replacement towing socket fitted today in the Ipswich branch. Booked it yesterday, In today, fast turnaround and at a great price. The two lads I met who worked there are a great asset to your company. They were very helpful and friendly and I won’t hesitate to recommend them.

Arrived on time
Arrived on time, great price (cheaper than the rubbish Amazon replacements which snapped the first time they were under strain). Proper, substantial parts and fitted perfectly.

Excellent and expert work
Needed a service for 35 year-old Bramber boat trailer which they overhauled, serviced, fitted new brakes and jockey wheel and advised on tyres. New parts ordered in short order and fitted. Pleasant service and trailer dismantled and refitted quick as nick.

Excellent service and advice
Excellent service an email overnight was answered before 9 the next day by email and a phone call. With through advice as to what I had asked. The order was despatched that day and arrived within the time scales advised. Everything fitted correctly and easily. Will be buying more parts for my trailers as need from you. Thank you.
