Great service
Sean came last Thursday, he was brilliant. Very straightforward service. I was really impressed with the pre-service also, the communication with the customer service team was great. We would absolutely recommend using Towbar Express!

Nathan was great. We had a detachable swan neck towbar installed on our car outside our home in London. Procedure took maybe 90 minutes. When done Nathan walked us through the detachment and attachment steps. The quality of the kit is top notch and the workmanship looks solid as can be. Can recommend!

Clueless company
Waste of space. Typical modern clueless company.
A girl in the phone was particularly clueless. Illega to fit a towbar on any unrated vehicle (import Suzuki) regardless of solely being used for a cycle carrier. Which is wrong.
A manager above her even more clueless o tried to explain construction and use regs to him but he was too now it all and arrogant to hear never mind understand.
Pretty usual for a modern company clueless. Cant for and won't fit are very different.
Go to Halfords lol and that's saying something.
Under the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986, there is no law preventing fitting a towbar to a vehicle without a stated towing capacity. The restriction is on towing, not installation: you must not tow if no approved towing weight exists. (It must not be dangerous is the law) Using a towbar for a bike rack is legal and safe provided the vehicle remains roadworthy (lights/plate visible). Liability sits with the driver if they tow without an approved rating.

Great service
Wayne was great. Turned up on time, gave him the keys and left him to it. When finished he showed me what he'd done and explained everything. Having a towbar fitted doesn't get any easier than this.
