Sent my towbar detachable neck to Tow-Trust Towbars for repair after I damaged and neglected it. The service was absolutely first rate. It was a fast turnaround and the quality of the work undertaken was to a very high standard. I’m embarrassed to say I neglected the towbar and it was in poor condition. They serviced and repaired the neck without any fuss, gave good advice and options. Couldn’t believe it was the same tow bar they returned as it looks like new, while having it in they also cleaned sanded and repainted it, added a replacement model sticker for it. They also supplied a new bag. Pad to protect the lock and towbar cap It was returned promptly using a reliable courier service. The contact during the repair was polite and professional (thanks Luke). I was kept informed and it was all done at a very reasonable price. Got the towbar back and reinstalled it. Slotted in perfect and works like new. Many thanks guys. I’ll definitely use you again.

I had a issue with my removable swan neck tow bar the lock got damaged, and I contacted tow trust, A technician called Gavin called me back within hours and assisted me with my issue from start to finish he was fantastic, great communication and support and amazing customer service, would highly recommend this company.

My towbar became seized (my own fault for leaving it in for over 6 months) and I was looking at nearby garages that might be able to help whilst dreading the probable hundreds of pounds it would cost me to sort out. I decided to call tow trust to see if anyone there could offer advice and I am so glad I did! Luke from the technical department talked me through getting the towbar off, expertly diagnosed the problem over the phone and took me through how to fix it myself. I can't thank him enough for his help. 5/5 stars for top level customer service. I will absolutely recommend Tow Trust to friends because of it.

I purchased a tow bar from Tow Trust (supply only) and the whole process was straightforward and professional.

The tow bar arrived as expected, well packaged, and exactly as described. Quality is excellent and clearly well manufactured. Communication was clear throughout and delivery was on time, which is always appreciated.

Based on my experience on the supply side, I’d have no hesitation recommending Tow Trust for quality tow bar products.

Ordered Keys from this company after being recommended to them. Was charged over and above for keys..fair enough, my fault for not checking first. Was sent the invoice through to find had been charged £5.50 postage too. Took 6 days to arrive. They came via Royal Mail late and in an ordinary envelope for two small keys to fit a detachable towbar on a new car that we had bought that didn't have any.
I called spoke to a guy..he said he checked their system..said maybe next day they would arrive! I emailed rhe company saying I wasn't happy with service, no response from this. So if you need something quick don't use this company. And also check all inclusive pricing too.

I had my tow trust towbar fitted 7 years ago and not used much this year. It was getting stiff to remove so I contacted them for advice. They were really helpful and as I was passing they suggested I call in so they could inspect it.
It was fantastic “old fashioned “ customer service all the way. A very warm friendly welcome, full explanations of what had happened and how to maintain properly in the future. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Many other companies could learn a great deal from their customer service level. When I next change my car there’s only one make of towbar being fitted

Easy to order,came on time, well packaged. This towbar is of a high quality and looks and feels very strong. Everything was in the kit that you needed. Instruction were clear and it fitted my 2014 freelander 2 perfectly. I did remove my rear bumper to make it easier to fit but not necessary. Would recommend this company.

I spoke to Gavin in the technical dept today requesting advice about a tow bar issue relating to towing our caravan.

He was incredibly helpful and after sending photos of the problem he quickly resolved the issue.

After 10 years the handle on the neck of my Towbar needed replacing. The Tow Trust team replaced the handle, serviced the neck without charging a penny at their Atherstone base. All with a chirpy service wrap from yonder years.

I have had three detachable Towbars on different cars anyway
I left my Towbar on the car over Xmas and salt and muck into the lock and making it impossible to remove , rang customer service asking to buy a new mechanism, they told me how to remove it and send it back to them and they repaired the locking system and serviced it also all free of charge unbelievable, so a big thank you to the full team and thanks Gavin for your help , great customer service

I needed some advice on refitting my TT towbar into my new car. Same make, model & year, with just much lower millage than my old car. The technical support I received (from Luke) was outstanding and went way above my expectations. Thanks

Needed a bit of advice re: fitting the tow bar into the socket (aka housing) after a couple of years of not using it (bike rack). Called and got through to Tech Cust Support. Amazing guy Gavin totally put me at ease and step by step talked me through sorting the problem. We are now good to go on a short biking holiday thanks to Gavin's patient help. He also sent me a housing cover and spare key. TT equipment is top notch anyway. Thanks again Gavin!

I contacted this company for a small replacement part for my Tow-Trust tow-bar and the service and speed of response provided by them (Laura) was just brilliant. Very helpful and prompt service.

Friendly helpful staff. I ordered a 8mm bumper guard at 11.35am and picked it up at 12.25pm. The 8mm guard will be worth every penny as my bumper is safe when I am hitching up
