Indigo Home and Gift Reviews

I chose tv cabinet then the member of staff helped tremendously with picking dining table and lamp tables to match, really pleased with purchases.

They went above and beyond to get all what I needed and have it ready for Christmas 🥰Staff were very helpful and it’s a great family business. It’s a must if your looking for quality piece at a great price.Thank you indigo for a super service.

Very disappointing experience. Waited patiently 4months for a wardrobe after date repeatedly getting pushed back . Fabulous piece of furniture However delivery men felt it was okay to leave all the packaging upstairs which was a LOT . After questioning this I was told they are not allowed to take it which seemed odd as previous occasion they took the packaging with them . I was clearly last delivery of the day and they just couldn’t be bothered. Sadly will not be shopping here again as the lady who has served us in the shop is lovely .

Fantastic service from sale to delivery, we love our new dining table and side unit!

Turned up when promised and we're polite and quick

We were left with lots of cardboard to dispose of but we knew that would be the case

Lovely "bespoke" appeal furniture, good quality and competitve price for sonething a little different, lovely staff and delivery persons

Great service and the quality off the item amazing and great price

Lovely store, great range, helpful none pushy staff. Picked my purchase, spoke to staff who were knowledgeable and helpful. All the timescales were adhered to and I was kept informed of progress. The delivery was on time the guys were great, very careful and took time to demonstrate my purchase.
Overall a great experience. So good I went into the store to say thanks.

Prompt delivery fast and efficient assembly and great product. Couldn’t fault the whole experience.

Cushions ordered and txt message received when in store, very pleasant and helpful staff, would shop there again.

The delivery guys, Rob and Andy, came on time, were courteous and efficient and even removed our old(heavy) settee into the garage . Well done fellers!

Superb quality and Lovely staff! We have bought a variety of goods, all of which we are delighted with! Superb café too❣️

Our delivery arrived as arranged the drivers were very friendly and polite and checked which room my coffee table was to be delivered to. My piece of furniture was delivered in a very large box, I asked the driver where they not going to open the box so I could check my delivery. Which the driver assured me it had been packed very well and also told me if there where any problems I would need to call the store. They took a photograph of the box where it had been delivered in my living room.
I am so pleased with my coffee table it’s a beautiful piece of furniture and did’nt have to do very much at all to get it all together, I can’t stop looking at it it’s just perfect 🤩

We ordered three items of furniture which arrived today. Delivery was excellant. The guys were friendly, professional, efficient and completed the job in a tidy and timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.
