Do not buy from this company I have asked to return a shelf for over a month as it wasn’t clearly described online & came back the wrong colour. I am still waiting on a return/refund!

Unique quality products at a good price. Minor delivery issue with my most recent order which was immediately resolved by the company.

I built my bookshelf using raw steel pipes from Industrial Maestro, and some rustic planks sourced locally.
I ordered 8 pipes in total and 4 small legs in the same raw steel. Nearing the end of my project I realised that I had miscalculated the length of 2 of the pipes, and months later I asked industrial Maestro if I could exchange them for the correct size.
Industrial Maestro were very accommodating and sent the correct size with no fuss, which helped me to complete my bookshelf - which is fabulous, and the industrial pipes are really the best value you can find anywhere.

We needed a bespoke hight for the clothing rail. Despite a hiccup with the delivery we have exactly what we wanted.
The customer service, throughout has been helpful and understanding.

The product:
Lovely and looks great in the gold. Works really well and just what we were looking for.

The issue:
Missing parts - which were sent and everything now works.

The customer service:
Requires a lot of work. If you don’t mind chasing them to remind them that you are waiting on the missing parts then you won’t have an issues.

Another minor thing:
Check their website and Etsy pages - their prices vary.

Would I use them again?
Probably not.

Je n'ai pas pu réceptionner mon colis. Il a été livré alors que je travaillais et on ne m'a laissé aucune possibilité de le récupérer dans un point relais ou en reprogrammant la livraison. Il a été réexpédié dès le lendemain.
J'ai contacté le service client mais je n'ai eu aucune réponse.
Très déçue. À cela s'ajoutent les droits de douane auxquels je ne m'attendais pas.
Au final : commande non réceptionnée, frais supplémentaires et je n'ai rien à la clé. J'ai juste perdu de l'argent.

I recently purchased the Zest Golden Ceiling Clothes Rack from Industrial Maestro, and after installing it, I realised that my ceiling setup required an extra support tube in the centre. I reached out to their team to order one, and their customer service was exceptional, the gentleman was understanding, and genuinely appreciative of my inquiry. To my surprise, they sent me an additional tube completely free of charge, with next-day delivery!

The rack is very stylish and sturdy, and with the additional support, it fits my space perfectly. I highly recommend this product and the fantastic customer service that comes with it!!!
