Industrial Workwear Reviews

The products are great and the service is amazing. I have been working with Natalie for the past couple of months, and she is always so helpful and patient with my requests, as awkward as some of them can be. Thank you so much for all your help!

From start to completion, the service and quality of my work tops / jackets was excellent. Fully informed of any changes , would highly recommend

I am going home to the USA and needed a case. Hannah was amazing. She kept checking to make sure it was delivered asap. I will put the company on the brits in Florida website in case they need luggage to go home. Thank you Hannah the company is very lucky to have you. Thank you so much.

Helen Bell has been very helpful with navigating me around the webisite 10/10 service

Helen Bell is always so quick to respond and super helpful. I love the quality of the garments they provide too.

Fantastic service from start to finish, friendly and professional communication throughout and so helpful in finalising designs, making sure every detail was just right. Super impressed with the production and quality of the goods as well as fast delivery/.

Special thanks to Helen Bell for all her hard work and patience with my endless emails! Highly recommend!

I am only halfway through the process of planning our workwear requirements but have been so impressed with the service so far from Industrial Workwear. I have dealt primarily with Natalie and have appreciated her efficient and thoughtful help and prompt service.

I am in the process of working with Industrial Workwear to supply multi branded uniform, I initially spoke to Courtney who was really pleasant and helpful and have since been dealing with Natalie who has been so patient with my continuous changes to the orders. She has been quick to respond, process orders, quotes etc. A real pleasure to work with. Looking forward to getting our uniforms :)

Great service, very helpful. Big thank you to Helen Bell for helping me get the order right.

Amazing customer service from Lauren, always happy and quick to help with any queries I had. Recently updated our company logo and required new uniforms, all products received were really great quality. Very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone.

Great Supplier! Industrial Workwear has streamlined all my PPE needs, the online portal allows me to choose the products and has created my own online shop with personalise logos available across all items. Helen Bell is fabulous - nothing is too much trouble and all my requests are available in my portal within 24 hrs A+++

What a great team!!! Natalie I can only thank you for all your help and guidance on getting the right workwear for our factory staff, nothing has been a problem to you and you have been right at hand when we’ve needed you.. look forward to doing more business with you for the rest of our uniform requirements at Furniture Clinic. Exceptional service from the whole team…especially Natalie and Joanna ! Thank you both so much for all of your help and support ensuring we got our last order on time!
We have already ordered further as the quality and price is second to none!
Looking forward to working more closely with this company and hopefully expanding our branded clothing range further.

By far the best in their field for customer service and quality embroidery and print.
Joanna, Helen and Molly really know how to look after their customers, I couldn’t recommend them enough!

After struggling to find a Company to complete our business clothing order we stumbled across Industrial Workwear.

The service from beginning to end was first class, particularly from Hannah Telfer.

We found it difficult to complete payment online (probably pilot error!) and we’re talked though it over the phone. When items in our order were not available we were contacted immediately with an alternative option supplied at the same price. The delivery was then received less than 48 hours later (we are based on the Isle of Man so additional shipping time needed to be considered) - we couldn’t believe it! Finally, a follow up courtesy email was received the next day which just made us feel so valued at customers.

The items received were as ordered and to a high quality. We highly recommended Industrial Workwear, and we shall definitely be using again!

I would like to say a massive thanks to Helen Bell & her team for the excellent service I received with my recent order which was a change to the normal, also thanks for providing me with an alternative solution to fulfil our request for our 10th Anniversary celebrations.
