This company contradicts itself, they say that there's no extra charges if completion is delayed on house moves and there's no time limit this is a lie the driver arrived and said we had a 4 hour time slot, our completion was delayed 2 hrs and we were charged £140- £70 per hour I'm sorry but that is extortionate. Definitely will not be using them again. Also I am not tarnishing your company I have a screen shot of your reply to my question what if completion is delayed will there be an extra cost and your reply specifically states you understand that things might not
always run on time and there would be no extra costs incurred, and our completion ran over and we incurred £140 extra charges.

I absolutely enjoyed using this company for my house move. The online booking process was straight forward and easy to follow. Then the van man and driver kept me informed of their arrival time and were also very helpful.

Great little on line service. Tech side is user friendly and communication is excellent throughout. I was concerned it could be a scam but I was proved wrong! Friendly, helpful driver and job was done, including driving, in less than 3 hours. Would use again and would recommend.

An utterly horrendous experience.
I have moved 5 times in the past 10 years in the UK and never in my life i had such a terrible experience.
It may seem like a good price at first but then it feels like rip off. Initially given a quote for 20 boxes but i had only 15 boxes and then few smaller itens incluidng a small plastic bags of hangers and a kettle. I was told that i need to pay extra 5 pounds for any extra item and when i tried to explain that i actually have less boxes and that a plastic bag can't simply count as a box, i was told if i don't pay they won't take my items so i ended up leaving a few things behind otherwise they would have charged £50 more for kettle and some plastic shopping bags.
I was also yelled at by the driver when offering help and he literally said " you are not my boss, don't tell me what to do" when i suggested that bigger items should go first before the duvet.
I feel like i have been ripped off and terrorized so definitely will not recommend. Me and my flatmate are still traumatized by the horrible experience.

Driver contact details given to me 24 hours before which meant I was able to ask him and he replied, for a rough idea of arrival time. On the day he sent me his estimated arrival time for pick up from me which was very helpful.

The drive is good

Excellent review, was apprehensive at first given some of the reviews and not hearing of the company before but due to struggles with getting a local driver in the time needed, I listened to the positive reviews instead and after feeling comfortable after speaking to the online help, went and booked. 22 hours after booking the driver and additional help that I paid for was at the collection address and promptly delivered my item less than an hour later. Very polite, fast, kept me updated and all in all a simple and smooth process. I don’t often rate things but given the price, at such short notice, which was less than some local drivers had quoted and would still require assistance from myself (on a very large and heavy object), it was an excellent find and will definitely use again! Stress and hassle free.
