Good experience all round
The site was easy to use and booking was quick and efficient. I had a query after my initial booking which was quickly handled via their chat page. On the day the men did an excellent job so I was very happy.

Great service. Booking was fast and easy. When I had questions after the booking, I asked on the chat and the customer service was a real human, efficient and they sent me chat transcript automatically via email. The moving service was on time, efficient and considerate. Top job!

Zishan out driver was professional and efficient, He went above and beyond to make our move from Manchester to Brighton less stressful. The website was easy to use. At first I was hesitant that that there was no phone option, but was able to have all my questions answered through the live chat quickly. Very impressed with the service

The driver was rude
The driver was rude and left part of what he picked up behind at the puck up address. He also left a secure entrance door propped open. I paid for two people and he came alone. He realised he'd not got everything but said it was there and drove off. I've used the company before and the people who did the job were absolutely marvellous. Shame the second experience was so bad.

Easy to book. Driver arrived on time after calling to give the heads up that he was on his way and when arrived he was very helpful . Would defenitely use again. He packed everything carefully and unpacked with care.

Excellent job
The site was easy to use and gave good prices. The only slightly annoying thing was getting multiple messages from the driver asking questions that were already on the booking form, but then it turned out they wouldn't be doing the job after all. However, that was good in the end because I got Seb, a really excellent sensible young man. The whole job took 30 minutes. Really pleased.
