Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery time and that you found the 5th Avenue fragrance to be weaker than expected.
We would like to clarify our delivery process. At Infinitely Special, our products are handmade and made to order, rather than mass-produced and kept as ready-made stock. Each order therefore requires time for us to prepare and complete before being handed to the courier.
Our stated processing time is 1–3 working days, followed by 3–5 working days for courier delivery.
Your order was placed on 31 August 2026. It was prepared by us on the same day, collected by the courier evening of the 1 September, and delivered to you on 3 September at 9:19 AM. Your parcel was therefore delivered well within our stated delivery timeframes.
Regarding the 5th Avenue fragrance, we’re sorry that the strength did not meet your expectations. Fragrance performance can vary between individuals, but we take feedback like this seriously and would be happy to assist if you would like an exchange or refund of the product.
