Horrible site my order never got delivered waited 3 years

I can't go below one star, this company is a scam pre ordered goods not delivered and no contact from multiple emails, go elsewhere you have been warned.

I sadly would not recommend Infinity Collectables. :(

I've preordered on this website 3 times now (3 different times) and out of the 3 only one of those preorder items have arrived. I have waited way over a year for an item, preordered an item back in February 2025, at first I waited patiently as sometimes preorder items can have delays but after waiting so long with no updates I just feel disappointed with the service.

They have lost a customer I will not be buying from these again, I've requested a full refund so I'm hoping they deliver. So, so far two stars... will write another review later depending on how they deal with my request :).

Placed an order for two youtooz figures back in June 2025, both were pre-orders with an October '25 expected delivery date. However, here we are in July '26 and I have still to receive my order. I've chased it up repeatedly and never received any reply other than to say that my "order will be dispatched soon". Absolute disgraceful customer service. Saved your money, you'll not see your money or your delivery again

Do not buy from this company they will take your money, not deliver, ignore any communication and make themselves impossible to contact.
I preordered expensive items and only by going through my credit card provider was I able to get my money back.
Fraudulent, do not use

Preordered an item back in March 2025. No communication and item was released this year. No way of contacting them and as it’s been so long I can’t raise any disputes with PayPal or my bank. £310 taken

Previously had positive experience where I bought one item which was in stock and delivered promptly.

I pre-ordered another item in November 2025 which was released I the uk in February. I have not received the item, it has been removed from their online store and they have failed to reply to 3 attempted contacts for refund….the preorder was £400.

Placed an order and paid for next day delivery. Item never arrived and no communication. Had to claim the money back via my bank in the end. Do not buy from this company!

Ordered a figure back in September. Other retailers have shipped and completed orders of the same item. Infinity collectibles? Nothing. Absolutely nothing just took my £61.99 pre-order and ran off with the money.

I’ve emailed dozens of times trying to get and update and an order cancellation with money back. Nothing. I hope who Evers running that sham of a company looses EVERYTHING.

I preordered an item, and it was still not sent months after the item was released. I sent support enquiries, emails, and tried to get some clarity multiple times. It's now been 10 months after I should have received my item with no response, refund, or item. The link to my order is now a 404 as well. Scam site.

I have had previous positive experiences with this company, buying youtooz products without having to ship from America, however I placed an order in November ‘25 for 4 items for Christmas, I didn’t realise one was pre order and shipping April ‘26.
I received two of the items I ordered and have tried to contact them 5 times since April ‘26 and haven’t gotten a response. It’s a shame.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. They conned my daughter out of over £500 for two hot toys VI and Jinx .She preordered the Jinx in Feb 2025 and paid them both in full in November 25. It was due to be delivered at the end of Feb/Mar 26. No item arrived and after several attempts to contact them she never got a reply. She went onto her order in May 26 and it said the orders had both been cancelled and a refund was sent on 15th May. She has never received any refund and any emails we have sent go unanswered. Avoid this company at all costs and do not preorder any items because you wont recieve it and wont get a refund. I don't know how this company is still in business

Preordered a Funko POP Demon Hunters set and after 8 months of waiting which was delayed by 2 months they made 1 communication back after emailing around 8 times. Went through my credit card company for a full refund as Infinity said they cancelled the order and refunded. I WAS NEVER REFUNDED BY THEM. Don't trust when they say refunded!

I ordered an item 5 months ago, it never arrived and they have avoided all attempts at communication. Please do not purchase from this company

Ordered a small statue in May 2024 was never shipped, contacted a few times during 2 years, on 5the May 26 I asked to cancel and get the refund, after a month and half still didn’t get my money back, sent plenty of emails to them and not one was answered, definitely not buy anything for them ever.

Placed an order in May 2025. Nothing shipped. Followed up with emails. No reply. No refund.

Do not buy from this shop.

Item took nearly a month to deliver which turned out to be faulty, I have tried to return items several times but it requires paperwork from them which is never forthcoming. Absolute joke of a comany AVOID AVOID

I have placed a pre order on 19/12/25 (release of figure was mid Jan 2026) and have not heard anything or received the item!! I requested to cancel order on 30/04/26 and never received the refund despite many emails to the company, via shopify and their online help forum. I want my money back asap. they're a total scam do not buy from them,
