Over a year waiting for items.....

Half were dispatched last year after a long wait, the other half not a peep has been communicated about. Have attempted to email them numerous times with no answer and over £100 of items still not dispatched.

At this point just want my money back but no replies whatsoever to requests for this.

Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT ORDER from this company. I purchased an item (which was in stock) for my daughter's birthday. The confirmation I received from Infinity Collectables stated 3-4 days delivery. It's now three weeks later and I have not received the item - it hasn't even been dispatched! Despite sending three emails AND filling out an online complaint I have not received one scrap of information from this company about what is happening with my order. I have now had to initiate a chargeback claim with my bank which is just not how I want to be spending my time. Please AVOID!

SCAMMERS !! DONT order from this company, I ordered Jinx and Vi hot toys in February 2025 with the release date being February 2026 for Jinx and July 2026 for Vi. After countless emails and report form i’ve received no reply from the company. When I emailed again in May, my order was updated to cancelled and issue refunded, it’s been a month and i’ve not received my money.

Ordered in December 2024 for a preorder. Dates were pushed back and back and Infinity replied at first. Then they stopped replying. They finally cancelled the preorder on March 2026 and have still not replied to messages or given me a refund. Highly doubtful I will receive my £152.99 back. Do not order from these scammers

Scam. Nothing received. No replies. No tracking.

Absolutely ridiculous communication and customer service. I Ordered a cookie run plush (order #14830113) in September last year which was supposed to be shipping out that month.

Fast forward to JUNE 2026, I have not received my order and I have had ZERO communication regarding it, I reached out in January via email just simply asking where my order was and got completely ignored. The product has since disappeared from their site entirely with no clarification. I have not been refunded, and if I do not receive a refund on account of the email I’ve just sent them then I’ll be contacting my bank.

AVOID. The fact I’ve had my money taken and ran with is a joke, and I will never be using this company again, nothing short of a scam at this point.

Extremely disappointing customer service. I placed an order on 12 May (Order IC36146148) and have been trying to contact the company since 18 May to find out where it is. I have sent more than five emails to the contact address provided and have not received a single response.

To make matters worse, the tracking system shows the order as delivered, but the recipient has never received the gift. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I have been completely ignored.

Customers should not have to chase a company for weeks just to get an update on their order. The lack of communication and support is unacceptable. Unless this issue is resolved urgently, I will be escalating the matter further. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I placed Order #14827923 with Infinity Collectables on 15 July 2025 and paid £59.99.

Nearly a year later, I have still not received the item. The order status remained at “Confirmed – We’re preparing these items for shipping” and no dispatch information or tracking details were ever provided.

I have contacted the company multiple times by email requesting an update and have received no response whatsoever. The lack of communication has been extremely disappointing and has left me with no confidence in the company’s customer service.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Infinity Collectables. If there has been a genuine issue with the order, a simple response would have gone a long way, but being ignored for almost a year is unacceptable.

Do not buy from this place. Pre-ordered Blitzway deloren back to the future.
Order placed nov 2025, when i was recently was after an update. No reply to emails and had to get a refund via bank. Avoid at all costs. Crooks

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. I preordered two funkos from them and never received my items. This was over a year ago now. My first order was on the 2nd of March 2025 and the second was on the 9th of August. I stupidly fell for the preorder thing, hence why I ordered twice in such a long space of time. I emailed and got in touch with them on their help tab on the website and never heard anything. They eventually cancelled my order and NEVER gave me a refund. AVOID them at all costs!😡

Would give them no stars if possible. Pre ordered a product, didn’t arrive. Wasn’t kept up to date with progress. After a few months I contacted them and got a short fairly rude reply to wait saying they would only ship items when all are available. Then the items disappeared off their site! At this point when I tried to contact them I got no reply despite numerous attempts. Fortunately through my bank I was able to do a ‘charge back’ and got a refund that way. Terrible company and would recommend everyone to avoid.

Made 2 pre orders in June 2025 totalling £170. After still no orders tried to get in touch many times but no response. Eventually noticed they cancelled my orders in March 2026 but had no refund. Again tried contacting company via different means but no joy. Still awaiting my refunds

Placed an order in May 2025 for 3 items. I requested one item to be refunded around the same time but the remaining 2 I have spent an entire year trying to get it refunded. I’ve checked today that they’ve cancelled the order, delisted the items from their website and didn’t refund me anything. Their customer support is non existent and they have stolen my money. Stay very clear of this store.

Ordered a preorder item in November for the mass effect legion figure , still not came , they have removed it from their site , won't respond to emails about a refund, absolute scammers need shut down,

Pre-ordered an item that they never sent, over a year on I’ve emailed them many times and never had a response, I would avoid them at all costs!

Everything was packaged well and was dispatched quickly. The items were pretty niche and were the best price available online. The delivery was via the infamous EVRi who seemed to hold onto it longer than usual before delivering it but that's more of an EVRi problem.

Made a pre order last year and still heard nothing and the item is no longer on the website.
Emailed them to cancel and refund my order back in March and still heard nothing back from them.
