Used it for my bridesmaids and was the best decision

I ordered dresses from Infinity for my bridesmaids, I chose infinity due to its flexibility on styling to accommodate my bridesmaids preferences and diverse body type, yet maintaining the same colour/material.
All of my bridesmaids looked stunning with the dress and they all compliment the material and quality, saying it was comfortable to dance with it etc.

From my experience, I recommend it!

Pretty terrible

Pretty terrible. Ordered 1 dress which arrived with a pull in it. Requested a refund so send back to the US from the UK (which cost me £17) no refund for that. Took money off my refund BC I paid on a credit card, which was not disclosed to me until the refund had been processed. When the dress arrived it looked a different colour from the sample and the quality was poor (hence the pull). Would not use again

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service. Spent £300 on bridesmaid dresses; 4 came with no label, just shoved in a plastic bag! The two with labels state 'no refunds if removed' - so this has compromised my statutory right as a consumer. Reporting to trading standards. The person emailing 'Tina' was rude and dismissive of my concerns. Asked to refund 4 times and kept ignoring my request. I will be putting in a back charge request through my credit card company!

1- Missing Tags on Some Dresses – We’ve checked with our team, and this was due to a transition between production batches where newer tags were added. However, we fully acknowledge that the packaging and presentation should have been consistent, and we regret that this was not the case. But all dresses are new.

2- Poor Communication & Service Experience – We are deeply disappointed to hear about your interaction with Tina. But she is also working to comply with the website's return policy. We are willing to bear the shipping cost if it is a quality issue with the dress, but due to different production batches resulting in different tags, this does not prove that there is any problem with our dresses.

We completely understand if you still wish to proceed with a chargeback, but we hope this offer demonstrates our commitment to resolving the issue fairly.

Prinzipiell ist das Wickelkleid nicht so schlecht und für das Geld mMn akzeptabel. Leider war es nicht meine Farbe und ich wollte es zurückschicken. Habe, wie auf der Homepage beschrieben, eine Mail geschickt und angekündigt dass ich es gerne zurückschicken möchte. Da kam nie eine Antwort. Also 60€ für nix.

Waste of money!

Do NOT buy these!!!! They would be great for small/petite built women. I am curvy and wanted something classy to wear on vacation-what a huge waste of money! I look like a thick sausage in a Smarties wrapper. The “ties” are too short for my build. They only offer exchanges “within 30 days”, NO refunds. The videos make it seem simple to do the varied styling, but they aren’t detailed or slow enough to follow. Like an idiot, I ordered three of them and am stuck. Really wish I’d done my research before buying them. Lesson learned!

Only good if your small build

I paid $99 Australia..the videos on how to out dress on are cut and too fast fore you to use and secondly if you are big breasted [I'm 16DD) and a dress size 16, it does not fit . You do any of the styles it flaps open as it doesn't wrap around fully . Could only wear if you have bikini on.

Awful company!

Awful company!! Sent the wrong colour dress, took 2 weeks to arrive. When you FINALLY get a response they promise to sort the problem and then ignore you! No refund and stuck with a dung coloured dress that can only be cut up to use as a donkey costume!

Awful Company do not use

My friend is getting married abroud. I am pregnant so we left my dress until last as we weren’t sure what size I would need.

Ordered my first brides maid dress in july - this did not turn up - it was lost in transit.

Contacted infinity dresses via e-mail - take forever to reply - they said they were sending me a second dress. I stressed the wedding was in 3 weeks.

A week later when I hadn’t heard anything from the company, and I didn’t have any new shipping details, I panicked and ordered a 3rd dress to someone’s house who was flying out to the wedding at a later date.

None of the dresses have arrived. When I e-mailed asking where the second dress was… it was never sent! But they also never gave me a refund!

I’m awaiting a full refund from this company I want all my postage paid for all of the dresses that I can’t wear as none of them turned up. I would not buy dresses from this company again.

It is not my choice to use this company as I am not the bride. However the other bridesmaids who have their dresses have said the colour is completely different to the website and the material is awful so the dresses are near enough see through.

Good luck if you order from this s**t show of a company.

I am now not being a bridesmaid as I do not have a dress and fly tomorrow.

Sehr schlechte Qualität

Sehr schlechte Qualität. Einfach ein Stück Stoff mit einem Loch. Ränder nicht umgenäht etc. und zum Teil schon ausgefranzt. Kleid für one size viel zu klein. Hinten auch viel kürzer beim tragen da das Viereck keinen Schnitt hat der berücksichtigen könnte das der Po nun mal eine Rundung und nicht flach ist. Keine 60 Euro Wert!

Scam Returns Policy

I ordered one dress as a sample before ordering the 4 bridemaid dresses I need and thankfully I only ordered one!!

The dress is unhemmed, incredibly light and way too short. I'm only 5 6' and I'd have to wear it with flats and even at that it wouldn't touch the floor.

No problem, I'll just return it for a refund right? Wrong!!!

First of all they make it really hard to find the contact email to email for a refund. Then when you do, "Tina" will interrogate you on why you need to return it and offer suggestions to counteract any issue you have

Next, when they finally agree for a refund you get 2 options. The first is to keep the dress and get a 50% refund or return it for a full refund. The catch is that you need to cover the cost of tracked shipping to the USA which cost over half the dress price. The package initially came from China and my shipping was 8.95 so it makes no sense to spend 40$ to send it back.

Ridiculous.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Absolutely awful. I ordered a few dresses from various sites to try, before ordering I checked the return policy, and it says if it isn't right for whatever reason, you can return within 30 days of delivery. So, this dress didn't fit my bridesmaid as they are "one size", also the sage green colour is by no means sage green in the slightest! Had to email to return and they kept insisting an exchange, well the quality was shocking and the colour wasn't right so I didn't want an exchange. Then they told me I could have a third of a refund and keep the dress (what reputable company does this?!) I said I wanted to return it for a full refund...they were so insistant not to accept this. And they kept repeating reasons it could be my fault (how do you order the wrong size when its one size...baffling!) So I accepted a half refund and to keep the dress but honestly I'd feel bad selling this absolutely shambolic dress to any other human being. Customer service is shocking.

OBSESSED with VELVET

OBSESSED! I ordered a second standard infinity dress (lavender) for my daughter to wear as a Bridesmaid (it’s perfect!). I added Black and Burgundy VELVET dresses to my cart … a new product range. Poor quality

Received order the material is cheap & quality poor. It came all creased in a plastic bag looked dreadful. Material just cut with raw edges. Very disappointed.
The concept is good but product quality lets it down.

Awful

Awful. They charge £7 for a colour swatch but it’s a cardboard thing with all the colour swatches. They’re tiny and completely useless as I don’t need 20 colour swatches. I needed one. The customer service was also absolutely awful. I’m so angry and frustrated. Definitely not using them for my bridesmaids!
