It's a scam. They charged me twice, and never sent me anything. I tried emailing them to cancel the recurring charge, but I got an automated reply from Google saying that "Address not found".
It's a scam. Don't buy. I had to call my credit card company to cancel the charges and to block the merchant from further charging me.
Ugh...

Never received my order. Emailed twice about it and NEVER got a response! I'm going through my PayPal right now and getting a refund. Will never attempt to buy from Infinity Lighters again to save my money. Suggest everyone else does the same and not purchase from them. Worst experience I've had with anything in a while.

Scam they send emails and message you then will go silent if you try and contact them…..new update received parcel on 14 March …ordered them on 23 December…2 work …the other 1 gets really hot when charging …

Never received product. I E-mailed at first they responded. But now Nothing. No refund no product. Do not buy any thing from here. Next step turn this company in.

Literal scam. Never came, never shipped out, nothing. And I paid full price for the product and shipping. Ordered in March of 2021.

What can I say.

Ordered a lighter about a month ago. Tracking numbers are not valid and every email I send is met with no response. So much for 24/7 service as advertised on their website. Total scam.

I can confirm this is a scam dont buy anything Here. They went No contact after i asked for a shipping Update.

Ordered Jan 14th. Still haven’t received. Generic email responses in the past but now the email is non responsive.

I ordered the Infiniti Lighter in January. It's now March 7th. I got multiple emails reassuring me that it will arrive even after requesting a refund because I thought I got scammed. So I just received it now in a little Manila envelope with just a charging cord and the lighter is all scratched up. $30 for this? Not worth it. Don't spend the money on something you may not even receive, as I have been reading other reviews online about this "company". It looks cool, but its not worth it. I'm actually scared to use it cause it looks and sounds so sketchy. There's a loud buzz to it.

Its been 7 MONTHS and I havent gotten My package. The support team never responds on anything.

Scam. Lighter never arrived. Given fake tracking numbers. Do not order.

This company is questionable as a legal business entity. Ordered lighter, did not arrive as scheduled, attempted contact 3x, finally got back to me. Sold out in the US distro center so it had to ship from Asia (my opinion/guess: they do not carry inventory/nearly enough inventory in US, therefore forcing unsuspecting shoppers into a longer-term delivery). Despite repeated assurances that the items would arrive before Christmas, they did not. Repeated attempts to await an email reply from them to arrange a return have been exhausted. Their website and business structure is eerily similar to 'alphawallet" which unfortunately has the exact same business model (or lack of) and their websites are strikingly similar. Buyer beware: items arrive late, not as described; return policy states 30-day guarantee, no questions asked if you don't like the item on one page; something completely different on another page. Will be escalating through proper consumer channels and my financial institutions. Terrible experience.

Lighter works great! Took 7 days to arrive but the wait was well worth it I love it :)

Ordered my lighter and it came reasonably quickly but the quality of it is so bad, it barely holds any charge even after multiple days of charging!!!

Scam ... been over 6 months and 80.00 later they just bull sh!t you via email ... federal bureau should track these scammers down and charge them
