Ordered Paramount Clear O3 Bulb , arrived intact & on time.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and made sure I was ordering the correct cell. Also I received it in a couple days.
I couldn't be more pleased.

Ordered an in-floor cleaner part on-line one Friday evening which arrived by DHL on my doorstep in Australia Tuesday morning. I installed it within an hour and the pool has not looked better for a long time. Even with the freight charge it was about 1/3 of the cost here. Very happy with the service and pricing.

Immediately after clicking "complete your order" I realized I had selected the wrong part. I called in and the staff person was able to correct the order right away, substituting in the correct part. She explained how the automation worked, what emails I would receive, and how the correction would eventually appear. I was gratified to have such great service from a real person - it is getting to be such a rarity these days!

I shopped around for the best price here in Australia and then discovered Infloor Pool parts. Their service is excellent, easy to call and talk to knowledgeable people. I had nothing but trouble trying to deal with companies here in Australia so it was great to find these guys. Even after paying the courier fee for my part it worked out much cheaper than buying locally PLUS it was delivered with full tracking service right to my door within 5 days. I have no hesitation to recommend this company and would suggest that any others in Australia give them a go if you cant find the service in Australia.

I was purchasing parts from Australia and was a little apprehensive about delivery. I need not have worried. Not only was the part much cheaper (it was about 1/2 what it would have cost from a local supplier) it was delivered promptly (exactly when I was told to expect it). The part I ordered from In Floor Pools Parts was not only the correct part, it came with instructions. Normally this might not be a big deal. However when the pool was originally installed we never received instruction on how to set up the cleaning unit. The instructions that came with the new cover was much appreciated. If needed I will purchase again from this dealer.
