Inglot Ireland Reviews 

On the Irish website and big banner across the top to say they offer free deliveries over 50 euro and 15% first time purchase if you sign up to their newsletter.

I signed up and received no discount code. Check out also didn't apply free delivery when my basket was over 50 euro.

I emailed customer service and they basically told me those offers aren't available right now. I explained they were available at the time I signed up. They responded to say I had received 5 newsletters and that there was never an offer for free delivery over 50 euro.

I explained none of the newsletters contained the 15% off first purchase and the website did have a banner with free delivery over 50 euro. I asked to be taken off their marketing mailing list if they weren't going to honour what they advertised. And they just went ahead and just took me off. Terrible customer service and false advertisement.

I’ve received two old mascaras. Both of them dry and old. They won’t do anything beacause I didn’t open them to check straight away. And now in inglot opinion is too late to accept my complaint. I won’t buy again!

they sell the best glitters i have ever tried in my entire life! Super shimmery, lighweight and no fall out!

I purchased an item reluctantly online-and had a very strong feeling that This dodgy company will mess me up-I was correct.

No attempt at delivery was made. I haven’t received my item. They’re claiming that I should contact the post office in regards to a tracking number-I wasn’t even sent a tracking number-so how the hell am I meant to chase this up?

They charge a ridiculous amount for delivery-so a product that should’ve been less than £20 has cost me nearly £30

Excellent customer service. I emailed them with an enquiry and they got back to me within the day. They helped me redeem a voucher online, that originally could only be spent in stores, simply through a few emails.

Terrible service,
Emailed them twice. Made contact on their web page no response.
I’m left with Christmas vouchers for make overs which can’t be used. Their website is still functioning. All I want is for them to redeemable online.

Terrible customer service! I purchased the runaway lipgloss from the maura x inglot collection, and when I opened it I saw it was nearly empty.I emailed inglot complaining, and when they eventually responded I was told that there was the same amount in it, just because it was clear lipgloss it was more obvious. I have other lipglosses from the collection that clearly have way more product in them so this is just a terrible excuse. Never again will I ever purchase another inglot product I am absolutely disgusted.

Well what can I say! What an absolutely amazing service I have received from Jenny at Inglot. I had a problem with processing my payment online and had to ring to sort the issue, from start to finish Jenny was professional, extremely helpful and dealt with my problem immediately. I would highly recommend Inglot as the products are high end quality professional products and the customer service is second to none.... Excellent

The Inglot website is full of error messages. I got charged twice for the same product . When I tried to purchase, I did not get taken to the HSBC secure payment site, it gave me an error message and instead sent me back to the website where the product was still in my cart with the sign up discount. There were no purchases on my inglot account. I then successfuly purchased the product through paypal and my Inglot account reflected this one purchase. I have now been charged twice for the same product on both paypal and my bank account, which I did not formally authorise. A bit shocked by this as Inglot is an international company. It seems that their website is not a secure place to purchase. I am still waiting for any reply, I have emailed three times via their contact form . Completely disappointed . Their website is awful and their customer service seems non existent. So much hassle for one little product, I won't be ordering from them again. Please contact me Inglot and refund my money.

Another top favourite site to order from and never had any issues from!! Everything always arrived prompt and perfection! Only complain would be is the products are small towards the price but I suppose if ur paying or quality that's ok. Also the site is great if u hate going into their stores too!! ☺️
