I'd advise you to avoid shopping with this firm, if anything goes wrong they are seemingly impossible to talk to.

My elderly relative wanted to buy 1 watch. She received and was charged for 5. She followed the routine for returning them but weeks later has no refund and is having no help from the company.

I have attempted to help.

*Emailed "support"....no reply not even an automatic one.
*Used their contact form...no reply, not even an acknowledgement.
*'Phoned "customer support"...call handler struggled to understand the problem, eventually took details and told me "they" would phone me back.....they have not!
It looks like I'll have to resort to trading standards.

Bonjour a toutes et tous, j'ai acheté ses clips de nez magnifique anti ronflement pour mon époux,je ne lui ai pas vraiment laisser le choix de les porter car je ne pouvais plus dormir même dans une chambre a l'autre bout du couloir car ses ronflement étaient tellement fort qu il était impossible de s'endormir,on a été jusqu'à mesuré les décibels qui parfois montait a 95 ,il faisait aussi de l'apnée du sommeil,depuis 1 années mon mari les portes toute la nuit ,il ronfle légèrement a l'endormissement et après plus rien, il ne fait même plus d'apnée,et moi je retrouve enfin des nuits paisibles .
Je recommande vivement ses
clips de nez s'est vraiment efficace et en plus simple a nettoyer,avec un peu de savon et de l'eau et les mettre à tremper dans un peu d'alcool à 70° pendant 5 minute ,puis bien les essuyer avec du saupalin ou du coton.

J'ai retourné un colis le 18 novembre et je n'ai pas recu de nouvelle de leur part, aucun accusé de réception même après leur avoir écrit quelques fois. J'attends toujours de leur nouvelle.

I ordered a table from Innovations on 2 January. On 4 January I ordered an item from Germany. It's now 11 January and I have received my item from Germany. I just rung Innovations to determine the ETA for their item. They haven't even processed the order. Never ever buy anything from Innovations again.

I ordered a watch from this place on November 2 and never received it. Their tracking system states that the watch has been delivered from Northampton which is over 100 miles from where I live. They are trying to blame Royal Mail but our postie always puts a card through if he can't deliver. I have asked for my money back but have had no luck. I will never use this sham place again. Steer well clear.

Après avoir fait le tout de la planète, la montre
"fitness tracker" ne fonctionne pas. Je n'arrive même pas à régler l'heure ni la date.
Fuyez bonnes gens !

Un site arnaqueur à éviter.
J'ai acheté Une montre connectée à un prix de 59€ plus les 9€ de douane.A la fin je reçois une montre qui coûte même pas 15 €(c de la MRD)

Bin sehr unzufrieden mit der Handhabung der Reklamation. Habe das Produkt (Fitnessuhr) nach Reklamation auf Wunsch von Innovationsshopping am 1.7.2021 nach China gesandt, habe nie eine Antwort erhalten. Würde nie wieder bei Innovationsshopping was bestellen. Ist der größte Sauladen den ich je kennen gelernt habe.

This company has a support email address but they do not reply to emails. I requested a cancellation of my order and a refund. My request ignored and item was still sent. Now when it arrives I have to return it when they didn't need to send it at all. All I want is a refund. Seems impossible. Item will be returned with or without the refund. Not a good experience at all.

J'ai envoyé ce jour à cette société, une mise en demeure de me rembourser sous 48 heures !!!

Je me ferais un plaisir de porter plainte et encourage tous ceux qui sont dans mon cas de faire de même.

I bought the plug in wall heaters last December. They do not work - it is a con. I tried to return these and after jumping through lots of hoops, I posted them back in January 2022 - recorded delivery. They got returned to me a month ago - as the Chinese Governement refused entry. Seriously - do not buy from this company - save your money and your time - they are a con...

We are sorry that your return has been blocked by Chinese customs. Can you give us the tracking number so we can check?

Tracking number = RN 50451262 7GB and RN 50451263 5GB ... I spent a lot of money buying your rubbish (c**p) heaters - and then a lot of money paying for them to be returned to you tracked and insured - so I want my money back....

J'ai commandé et payé un translator 94,50 €. J'ai reçu un numéro de commande pour un bracelet anti moustiques 39,50 €. J'ai envoyé un mail pour signaler ce problème. On m'a envoyé un translator qui est incompatible avec mon tel. Et qui n'a rien à voir avec celui que j'ai commandé et payé. Impossible de l'utiliser. Je n'ai pas eu de facture donc je ne peux pas me le faire rembourser. Cette société Innovations-shopping est une arnaque.

Excellent produit, efficace contre les moustiques. Je recommande

I haven’t used it but once but it seemed to work. In order to keep it from falling off while wearing, use the provided band to hold it in place.

Impossible to choose the color and delay in delivery. the bracelet works well
