I ordered 2 items for family members for Christmas. Both items by no means were as described on website. The black stainless steel necklace was not only cheap looking but 1/2 in short and didn’t come with velvet bag. The Celtic tree necklace was more pot metal cheap plastic then stainless steel. I was not going to give these items as gifts. Too embarrassed. If wanting to get a refund I had to send items back on my dime and my valuable time. And partial refund was a joke and didn’t happen either. I contacted PayPal and they drop the ball on this nightmare as well. both items went to the trash so I’m hoping this $40.34 review reaches others not to buy from this company!

We love our rings. Mine needs to be a half size bigger . How do I arrange for that exchange? Your service and quality are very good. Delivery was fast . Ordering was easy and prices are fair. We will use your products again. Thank you !

When I realised that I'd made an error with my order, they were quick to respond to my email and very helpful in allowing me to rectify it. I absolutely love my fiancé's ring, it is amazing.

The rings are wonderful. If i had one complaint its that they dont do .5 so the ring is a tad bit bigger than needed but other than that they are beautiful and fit nicely.

This item was delivered safely, was as described, and was made of good quality material. I can’t wait to use it for my costume. Thank you for the safe way it was delivered.

But even better is the team that helped me when I didn’t receive the first hat…..
I could see that it was on the way but I just didn’t receive it. With no hesitation they took care of the problem and sent out another one with no questions. Great company, and a great product!

Very easy to order, constant communication on receiving, processing, shipping and delivery. I received my order within days. Extremely happy with the entire process.

The panama hat with puka shells I ordered is great! No complaints there. I do wish the packaging would have been sturdier. It came in a plastic bag mailer and the brim was bent. I will steam it and it should be fine but I'm thinking that shipping in a box would be better.

A lovely ring! The ring set is so pretty and fits me perfectly! Exactly what I was hoping for, if not that the main ring is a little less black than I expected but its still very pretty
