Stole my money after charging me $20 too much
Bought two incense burners and agreed to purchase 200 extra incense cones for $9.99 as a promo but was charged $29.99. I contacted customer service and asked to be refunded if the agreed price wasn't honored. I received 3 back-and-forth emails offering me discounts to delay the order cancellation and 3 times I responded I wanted to cancel the cones. On the 4th email they insisted the item had already shipped and I'd have to process a return once I got it with no shipping label provided. So whatever money I got back from the cones would be wasted in shipping fees. Nice little trick there.

This company cannot produce the merchandise u order on time and u have to almost beg them to cancel ur order before they even ship it. DO NOT patronize them. I have never seen a company so unprofessional & desperate & they also will not send u postage paid label for returns. TOTALLY BAD BUSINESS. They false advertise prices & products & charge u alot more on ur credit card. DO NOT TRUST THEM at all!!! Anytime u can't cancel ur order, get a refund, or get a free return label this company us as shady & Crooked as it comes.

Additional Charges Billed after Purchase...
Like others I was also charged an additional $31.64 to my Paypal account as an "Automatic Payment" after purchasing the Waterfall Burner w/100 free cones. As another reviewer stated the website doesn't allow you to decline additional purchases or review items prior to being charged (as required by law). Additional charges are billed as a separate purchase as an Automatic Payment. I contacted seller immediately after I noticed the 2nd charge to my PayPal account and they wouldn't cancel or refund this charge. They told me my order had already shipped (they had only sent information to FedEx not shipped it yet) and offered me additional free cones which I declined. I have disputed the "Automatic Payment" with PayPal who I hope can resolve this issue for me.

I misunderstood, and was going to cancel my order, but I was contacted the first response under 30 min, second response maybe a day, third response within minutes forth within minutes… your customer services rocks!!!

Lost but not forgotten
My package was to be delivered last week. Somehow, it ended up in Florida ( I live in Kentucky ). It had to be re-directed back to Indianapolis and I am still awaiting delivery. Now, I realize this is not inscentswsterfall.com’s fault. They prepped and shipped it on time. They took my concern and listened and were very professional in a reply. It felt great feeling as though my voice was heard! This was a great customer service experience!

I have been in contact with this company, since the wrong items were delivered! At the start emails were going back and forth and then they stopped abruptly. They asked me to return the items which I did. They did refund my money for the goods but not the postage! There policy states. If they have sent the wrong items, I am entitled to the postage! I've heard nothing since! Don't buy from this company.
