Answered an ad on Facebook. They did the same thing to me as they have done to several others - charged me for items I did NOT order. I wasn't even on the website anymore when the second order was sent to PayPal. Thank goodness for PayPal or I would have been out almost $100!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

These are robotic reviews placed by the scammers. These are not real people. They do not have profiles. This organization is a scam site. They do not respond to requests. They upcharge quickly using popup blizzards. I paid $19.95, then was blocked from leaving the website by popups that ultimately charged another $54 for these scent cones. Do not be fooled.

I was of the impression that my package was taking too long to arrive but after several emails ti inquire I found out that I was mistaken. The customer service staff explained everything to me and I received the product when they told me I would. The company should be very happy with your Customer Service, I found them to be Great.

I placed an order on their website. The webpage, confirmed my order. And my bank account was correctly charged. I did not, recieve my confirmation email.

I reached out to customer service. And they were absolutely, wonderful. While I, never did recieve my email. The woman I spoke with; reconfirmed my order. And sent me, in her email, my tracking number, invoice number, everything I needed.

Very helpful. Fast response time. Excellent customer service.

The gimmick is gross revenue flow. To trick you into ordering more product, they do not give you your order confirmation page, as required by the credit card companies merchant agreements.
Instead, you get a page that looks like you have to click on more links to continue. Each button or link is unclear by its title, but auto- purchases another item for you. as you proceed, some items do not chare up front but set up recurring billing to your card that surprises you later. They claim that you can cancel orders, but in fact you cannot and they will ship and bill you everything anyway.
If you fall for it, get a picture if the shipping label, do not open, and return to sender, product refused (if this is available).
You will NEED the tracking number on the label to PROVE it was returned if you have to go to your credit card company for a refund. Otherwise, despite the company violated the merchant agreement, you will be stuck with the charges AND no product.

Do not waste money on this product. All cones smell like burning wood. Requesting refund via PayPal.

Promises next day delivery - took 4 weeks. And it doesn't work. The cones are useless. Generic responses by robots to any queries. Mine is now in the trash. Stay well away

I ordered a waterfall with 100 free cones for 19.95. I get a confirming email saying I owe $21.55. OK, that's fine with me. Then a day later I get another email saying I owe $72.29! When a person orders an item, after the payment info is given, all kinds of pop ups show up asking if you want to buy this or that. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered product and got multiples orders that went through and canceled the extras IMMEDIATELY, however they still shipped them. When I refused and sent back “return to sender” the company is now refusing to refund! They are very difficult to work with and I have reported to BBB and sharing this review on social media!

Awful service. I purchased a waterfall with 100 free cones for £17.95. Using PayPal. Transaction went through. They then asked was I interested in 200 cones. I clicked on link looking for a price which I couldn't find so went no further. On checking my PayPal they had took a payment fir the £17.95 and a further payment of £47.99. I contact them to cancel the 200 cones. The continued to offer me £× amount off each time they were told no. They then ignored my request for a refund until the next day. They then said to late to cancel I would have to return item when it arrived. They have refused to pay fir the returns which would cost me £30 to send to Canada. Leaving me £30 out of pocket. Rip off

I wish I could put 0 stars as this is what they are worth, taking money without permission and then dragging heads when actioning refunds, luckily I paid through paypal

This company is COMPLETE fraud. They send the same email responses over and over and refuse to issue a refund on a fraudulent charge to my credit card. They charged over $80 to my card that I did not authorize and are refusing to refund it.

I just received my inscentswaterfall. I wish I read the review before buying. It is true. It is a big waste of money. All the incent smell like burning wood and have no fragrance at all. I cannot tell the difference between "orange" fragrance and "lavender." I am not happy at all!!

What a joke! I read Some of reviews from their website! Really?!?! It’s b.s. I spent $80. I didn’t order as many bags of scents as they charged me for and sent. Light and forget? NOT! And all the things it says will help like pain and memory. HA!! It burns for 10 minutes, takes 2 minutes for waterfall to start and, if there’s the slightest amount of activity around, ZERO waterfall. This was a treat for myself. DO NOT ORDER!

SCAM COMPANY - please avoid!!! They take 10 times as much as they say!!! Now having to try and get my money back through PayPal also set up subscriptions without authorisation!!!
