This is not a review that I wanted to make but I'm making because I no longer support InstaGC. I have been using InstaGC for over 10 years and I had believed that I'd always be able to use them but unfortunately, they have effectively put my account in purgatory. I'm not banned from InstaGC but I also can't use it either.

I'm having a problem with InstaGC that requires a response from their support team but it seems like support tickets are no longer being read. I posted the ticket over two months ago and they have yet to respond. I was previously willing to defend them when they were flagged for being a phishing site but this new issue I'm having is not acceptable and I'm no longer willing to defend them.

The entire process was seamless and exceeded my expectations! From the initial inquiry to the final delivery, every step was handled with professionalism and care. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and always available to answer questions promptly – even going out of their way to offer personalized suggestions that perfectly suited my needs.

I have been writing to them to reset my pin number i had forgot my old number and needs to reset it,so I can cash out. Nobody is answering my support ticket and it had been al two weeks since I requested support.

on Nov. 3, 2025, I requested a direct deposit and today is 12/29/2025, I am still waiting for my $260.00..I have had no luck with the company getting my messages....So, I am at my wits end!! I would not recommend this company!!

I sent an email request for my account to be deleted almost one month ago it is still pending answer.

The low availability and pay rate for the surveys is also a bad indicator.

I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

I send several tickets to them and they don't respond back at all. This is another fraudulent website and it should be removed immediately.

I tried to set an alert for when the $10 Cricket Wireless Gift Card is back in stock and got a message saying "You currently do not have access to the instant gift cards system. Please create a support ticket to obtain access." That was 11 days ago, and I have yet to receive a response.

I spent many a happy year with them, but starting in late 2024, they changed. Offered rewards they could never fulfill. Stopped being instant and started taking weeks to fulfill redemption, and only after filing a support ticket. Now they don't even pay you. Been 2 months from my last redemption. Nobody's getting their rightfully earned money. They stole $18.00 from me and I will be getting it one way or the other, I guarantee.

I am an Instagc.com member since 2022 & feel that instrgc.com has become increasingly more scam like & their support people have been either ignoring my multiple tickets for help or giving me absolutely rubbish comments.

I have been attempting over 5 times to redeem an amazon card which has been unavailable for OVER A YEAR & NO EXPLANATIONS OR ANY INDICATION IT HAS BEEN OUT OF STOCK WHATSOVER ! NO HELP FROM SCAM PEOPLE AT Instagc.com AT ALL!

My complaint email today was bounced back by Instagc.com with an automatic generated response telling me to creat a ticket with their incompetent & ABSOLUTELY USELESS support people who I have over 5 tickets with already for a year. What a SENSELESS IRRESPONSIBLE BUSINESS!!!

TOTAL SHAME ON INSTAGC.COM WITH THEIR QUITE INAPPPROPRIATE STEALING OF MEMBERS' HARD EARNED SURVEY COMPLETION CASH OVER EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME!!!!!

They have not been paying out for quite a few months now. They will not answer tickets and own everyone who has used their site so much money.

No I have 648 points and try to redeem they tell me not acsses to gift card instant and banned from chat without any reasons and try to talk to support not responded

InstaGC owned and operated by Day Online Solutions, LLC) is a GPT site to which I joined in 2022. Since the time I joined, I had made six different redemptions ranging from $2 to $10 to my Paypal account for a total of almost $40. However, for my last redemption request in the form of Bitcoins worth $10 that I submitted last Feb. 27 is still not received. However their system is saying that the process was already completed even though I have not received anything.

I submitted a ticket to their support on March 2, 2025 but I still haven’t received any response as of this writing even though they are supposed to respond to tickets within a few minutes or within the day.

If I check the transactions to my Bitcoin address through the site blockchair(dot)com, there is no transaction entry that shows that I received anything from February 27, yet in their system it says “completed”.

Upon checking the reviews of this company on TrustPilot, I found out from other comments that they are no longer paying as well as no longer replying to support tickets.

Update:
I finally received my rewards on March12, 2025 and I just changed the rating from 1 to 3 stars.

I've been waiting over a month for a cash out. Customer service is a joke. I hope I get paid before they fully go under.

It marked completed but never received also replied to the support that needs to learn to respond to someone

I've used this site for some time and it was great until this year when redeem cards became almost imposible. It's too bad, it used to be good, but now if I could could give it less then 1 star I would. I would recomend staying away, I would assume it's going to close soon.

They never had large offer payouts but it used to be a reliable site for refferrals. Now, not so much. I been waiting weeks to get my paypal sent...

Still waiting on my direct deposit from October. It's marked complete but I never received it. Do not use this site!!!!

Once a great site. I was finally able to cash out since PayPal was available.
