Only good if you want to earn less than 200 points ( around 90p) per task as ANY higher paying offer will have its reward frozen for however long they feel like it. Support is a joke and a lot of these one review consumer posts are paid for by an advertising campaign on behalf of instagc.com earlier this year. Terrible site and should be shut down.

No Response After complete "verification" I Think this site is scam. Dont Wasted time for here doing surveys. Im trying to connect with suport but no response more then 3 days. I will share about this site scam eveyone .

I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews (not discrediting other people's experiences). I joined last week and had issues cashing out my points. I contacted support and they were very nice and fixed the issue for me. These reviews had me worried so I stopped doing surveys while I waited incase I didn't get a resolution for some reason. But now I'm going to resume. I appreciate the help from support. I wish I had gotten a name.

Nothing about this site is “Insta”. It’s been two weeks since I’ve sent ID to verify account and it’s still pending. They said it takes 2 days to verify. It’s been almost a month since I took a survey with them, and they still have the funds frozen. They said it would be 5 days to unfreeze. And as of April 1, 2022 I sent them a Facebook message and they left me on “read”. No common courtesy to respond, update me, or verify themselves to me as legitimate.

Overall good site. Instant PayPal is a big a hit and usually works very well. Usually I choose instant PayPal but last time I selected the direct deposit option. It's been almost two weeks and I still haven't received my payout and support still hasn't responded to me. Quite unusual for support to take 4 days to respond to a ticket...

I loved it and redeemed multiple gift cards! UNTIL... they closed my account and insisted I send a pic of my passport or ID to reopen it. I'm sorry but that just seems like a violation of Internet safety and privacy on so many levels. They might be trustworthy and legit, but I'm still not sending my ID across the Internet.

I completed a offer for 2600 coins and it states the coins would be frozen for 5 days and it's been 9 days and no one from support will answer me. It's crazy cause I spent money out of my pocket to complete this offer.

I have tried for almost two weeks to get ahold of them to give me access to rewards. I got one response on my first support ticket asking me to confirm my personal information. I complied and responded with no response from the InstaGC team. I opened a few more tickets over the next week; maybe this frustrated them? I cannot seem to find a recourse and sincerely regret the 8 days I spent doing surveys. It seems most reviews are not so bad but I am having some horrible luck with them. There should be some instructions letting new members know that they will not be able to redeem rewards without confirming information with the support team. I am beyond frustrated. I feel that I worked and earned this money under the advertising and pretense of their website and this is just plain wrong.

I've verified my ID before, but then instagc asks me to verify it again. Why do you have to verify my ID twice? I'm already not that willing to provide identification and I already did so once before but now you're asking me to do it again.
