I was happy with the deal I got for my new car as I've struggled in the past to get the finance from any other company as I've had was poor credit. They were very helpful on the phone and found me the right car. I was more than happy to collaborate with Corey and the rest of his team. Would recommend to anyone. Fantastic company! I cannot thank Corey and James enough for all the help they have gave me in finding a car suitable for me and my kids. I was not having the best luck until I came across instancarfinance. I was quite nervous as I had been scammed before with cars but they really do go above and beyond. They made me feel as though I was a priority and helped me every step of the way. I will definitely be recommending them to others looking for finance. What an amazing team!

Let’s start, this is not a reply to the owners statement reference the situation concerning Joanne’s experience with this company. My reply, as the finance recipient, goes like this.
Your statement in respect of obtaining finance is not truly correct. The finance is in my name, but, all correspondence and the outcome, was all carried out with Joanne. We requested ‘extended warranty’ and that is why finance was refused, we decided not to go with this direction as we needed the van for work, finance granted, funny that.
Your right in the fact that the ‘clutch’ is not covered under warranty, ie wear and tear. As you now know, it was the ‘flywheel’ which was the problem, now that according to literature, is covered. Unfortunately, the vehicle had covered more than the 3000 miles in 3 months warranty period, but, you do not expect this to collapse just after this period. We have now had the vehicle repaired at a cost of £1795, that’s a kick in the teeth just after purchase. The mechanic that repaired the vehicle was astonished by the damage to the clutch and flywheel. He consoled Joanne and explained that this was damaged prior to sale due to the condition, burnt black and flexible.
As it was mentioned, the oil change, the garage was contacted prior to 3 months, in fact it was 2 weeks. The service date sticker had information on it stating service was due soon. The vehicle was purchased at 86 k mileage, the service was due 92k, the garage would not complete the task, even though a service and a full MOT certificate was promised. We were even told to sign the paperwork saying we completed a test drive, which we never.
Just to reiterate on the reply, you don’t expect to get passed from pillar to post, just to get over a hurdle. The owner was then the last port of call. After a short 2 minute call, including being put on hold, he turned around and stated, don’t raise your voice I’m try to help, which the reply was , your not helping are you, he put the phone down. NOT very professional is it.

Well let start with the 1 star they don't Deserve 1 star but you have to give them at least 1 star well brought my van 22/5/2024 already needs a service 4 weeks into having the van great start. Now let's move on just after my Warranty is up we are talking two weeks over my flywheel has gone causing my clutch to go yeh at first thought it was just the clutch phone the garage they said wear and tear fair enough told them how much it was going to cost Cory said go to ClickMechanic so I did 1,795 pound later to get told it was the flywheel what caused the clutch to go now this point it's covered with Warranty but mine isn't because it's gone over 3 months or 3,000 miles yeh I've done 10,000 because my van is my job so yeah going to go over but you don't Expect a flywheel and clutch to go after 3 months garage told me because ive done 10,000 yeh did I know they was going to say that of course I did that why I asked the Mechanic can it go after 10,000 he said no way he said the look of the flywheel and clutch it's was already on it way out before I brought it does the garage want to help towards the cost noooooo they don't they say if any trouble we are here to help don't make me laugh wow thanks for nothing thought the were honest guess they want your money Advice from me if you buy from these take a Mechanic with you don't get caught out also let me add to this just phone them up not help and because he told me not to rise my voice because he is trying to help and I said your not helping tho are you he said good bye and put phone down that was a the owner wow trading stranded it is oh by the way if you brought a 19 plate transit it's got holes in and had new broads put in to cover up the 16 holes in the back only know this because he tried to sell me it but walked away

I can't not thank Zach enough. He worked with the budget I gave him and got me exactly what I needed. I can not recommend him enough.

Just would like to thank Corey and JB and all the staff from the moment I chose the car they made sure everything was just so simple.No hidden fees just perfect in every way.Even arranged delivery from the car show room to my door and there delivery driver Mark was brilliant I would truly recommend and I will definitely be using these guys again for when oldest need a car of quality thank you again guys if I could give them a 100 stars I would.
