I liked it the first time
I liked it the first time. Got a great feeling and energy. The next two times got horrible migraines. Stopped using after that. Taste wasn’t that great either but doable.

A variety of tasty flavors
The variety of flavors along with tastiness of each flavor is a primary reason why I would rank this product as five stars. I currently have lemon lime, orange, paloma and raspberry and all are equally as flavorful. The price is a bit steep so I'm not sure I'll subscribe or be a long time customer, but perhaps.

Does help
I really live the cherry limeade and I have begun to get at least 2 liters a day in. I am noticing more focus in my day and less chapped lips (which I love too). I work a lot of hours and this helps keep me going and my tissue well hydrated. I am chronically dehydrated because of diabetes but thankful this helps.

Happy tasteful hydration solution
I only have positive thoughts about the product- feel more hydrated and Instant Hydration has helped . Love the Paloma , salty grapefruit hits the spot first thing in the morning before I go to workout. Usually have three doses by noon easily and amount was less prior to starting Instant Hydration. After about a week the amount becomes second nature. Easily changed subscription online because I needed to increase the amount that I receive.

Unethical Subscription Practices
Instant Hydration is one of those companies that plays games to keep you subscribed. They force you into a subscription with your first order. I couldn't figure out how to order with a subscription. So I set a reminder to cancel in 1 -week. When I went on to cancel, they said, "oh sorry, you've had the product less than a week, you can't cancel at this time." EXCUSE ME? I can do whatever I want with MY money. Even if I loved this product, I would not support this company's unethical practices. To the people at Instant Hydration, if you made a great product there would be not need to trick people into anything.

My favorite electrolyte mix
My favorite electrolyte mix. Every morning I have to have it. Watermelon is my favorite so far but looking forward to their new upcoming launches. I used to struggle to get my daily hydration with this that is no longer a concern.
