Amazing product! I was looking for something without or with low sugar that still tastes great and without that fake artificial sweetener taste. This hits the mark! The flavors are fantastic and it just feels good. My husband also noticed a clear difference when he felt dehydrated one day. I’ve been using it to help keep hydrated while nursing my newborn and it’s exactly what I needed to feel hydrated.

I really enjoy all the flavors and ease of ordering. Was a little disappointed as the web site showed as a MVP member if you ordered the 4 boxes, you got a sample pack plus the free gift but then when I got my pack no extra gift just the sample pack. When I asked about it they said that was the gift. The product and the ease of ordering when I need more is awesome and I love the way I feel after my workouts using them.

Love the POG instant hydration pack! The flavor is so refreshing—not too sweet—and it actually makes drinking water something I look forward to. I notice a quick boost in energy and feel more hydrated throughout the day. Super convenient and now part of my daily routine!

Great flavor and I do think it helps with all the things it says. The main reason for the 4 is I cannot stand the orange flavor. It tastes like Airborne or Vitamin C. Not my favorite. I do wish it was a little less expensive.

After trying several other brands, instant hydration is my favorite electrolyte replacement.

Well, I made an account. They have 110$ of my money. I have the proof from the account that they have it. But according to them, I don't have a subscription and I apparently never made one. So I'm just going to make sure to tell EVERYONE that these people are scammers. The word I'm looking for is thief. Please hit me up if you want to start a class action suit against these people. I'm seeing a lot of angry people here with a lot of similar complaints. They'll ignore the individual- clearly. Let's see them ignore a few hundred people filing for courtroom intervention. Let's NOT tolerate this behavior. Companies like this count on you giving up when they pull their little tricks. Become someone who never quits once they've been screwed. We can do this. Demand customer service and make the lack of it extremely expensive.

I tried instant hydration yesterday for the first time I had such high expectations. Unfortunately, I have to say for me. It is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! It’s been 24 hours and my tongue still burns my lips burn and I feel like I have no taste buds. I’m so worried because I can’t seem to get rid of this.

I have really been enjoying Instant Hydration. I drink a lot of water but knew I needed electrolytes and minerals and there’s had just what I was looking for. And the flavors are amazing. I have 2 other coworkers hooked and ordering them also. I had been sick and missed my reorder before it billed bc I wanted to try a new flavor. I reached out to the company and they sent me a box of the new flavor no charge. Talk about great customer service. And now I’ve brought them 2 new customers because of everything the great product and customer service!!

I would give zero Stars if I could. I ordered from this company with a subscription. I received my order and had a VERY bad reaction to this product. I went on the website to try and cancel my subscription but they force you to wait 8 days to do so. After waiting the eight days, the link to cancel is not available. I have called the company two days in a row, and I have also sent two contact forms requesting that this be canceled. I got an email back stating that they had a system error and that they could not cancel my subscription and told me to contact my credit card company. I have already contacted my credit card company. This is something the company should be taking care of themselves and they should be contacting me to get this resolved. Buyer beware with this company!!!!!!

I really love the lychee flavor! I like that it’s a clean product with zero added sugar, no artificial flavors, non GMO, etc. I’m definitely going to try more flavors in the future.

If I could leave less than one star I would. I had my subscription set to every 3 months, yet they keep charging monthly $160 and refuse to refund or resolve any issues. They take weeks to respond to emails, the only number they have is just information to email them. They will steal your money and laugh about it. Absolutely awful.

I’ve been loving Instant Hydration not only for keeping me hydrated but also for their flavors that go beyond the standard fruit flavors that most electrolyte brands offer. I’ve been able to try Paloma, POG, and Lychee. Lychee is definitely their best flavor! Looking forward to trying more in the future.

Always a pleasant experience. I love mango pineapple and will be adding it to the rotation!
