The website is easy to use, the pricing structure is clear and transparent from the outset. Policies can be cancelled when they are no longer needed without having to pay cancellation charges, and the unused portion is refunded without having to chase it

Quick and courteous responses, easy website to use, I took out an unoccupied property insurance during probate, got a very quick sale and received a good refund of premium with no cancellation fee. Excellent service and peace of mind.

Today I learnt that I'm getting a refund on the vacant policy insurance I took out with Insuristic and there's no admin fee. Amazing.
The most important for me is being able to communicate with a person Rob Falkner was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I wish I'd learnt about Insuristic earlier as I paid a might higher price for vacant property insurance on another property. Thank you Rob

Took out unoccupied property insurance for my last mother’s home that was in probate and awaiting sales completion. It was completed quicker than expected. Rob was very helpful and immediately arranged a refund for me. He was very helpful and provided immediate email reponses too me.

Good Trapped traditional service.
Insurance itself was very easy to set up online was a change in the policy which allowed a refund which was advised on the same day and paid on the same day. You can’t ask for more than that.

I was needing insurance for an empty house for a short time while it was sold after probate. The alternatives offered gave the protection I needed at a reasonable price. It was a bonus when after one month the property was sold and I received a refund for the unused time. Excellent service. Fully recommend.
