I needed house insurance for my late mother's empty property. Unlike other companies advertising online, the policy was clearly explained and Rob responded quickly to queries. The premium was also considerably less and without any cancellation fees when the property sale went through.

I can't recommend Rob and Insuristic highly enough. Having decided to undertake the probate and management of my late father's estate without costly professional assistance I realised I needed some level of indemnity insurance. Rob was incredibly helpful in guiding me, not just through the insurance products offered by Insuristic but pointing me towards other useful sources of information. I felt I took up way more of Rob's time than I should but he was patient and responsive throughout. Brilliant service.

I was dealing with a cousin's probate and major unexpected problems arose. I realised that in this case I would need Probate insurance. This can be difficult to get unless you go through a solicitor. I found three brokers offering probate insurance for non professional Administrators. The first didn't understand his own policy. The second made completely wrong judgements about what I needed. The third, Insuristic, were a Godsend to find. The CEO, Rob, knows the business very well and has a very useful and thoroughly researched website. Rob was able to offer me exactly what I needed and was able to advise on various points. The ultimate insurer "Great Lakes Insurance SE" is a major player in the insurance world and I later discovered that my solicitor uses them regularly. Great Lakes must not be confused with another insurance company called Great Lakes to be found on Trustpilot

The online application was really easy and efficient and I got immediate cover for the property. Due to an error on my part I purchased the wrong type of insurance for the property but when I contacted Rob he was really understanding and helpful. I was struggling to insure my late Mum's unoccupied property while it was up for sale, the quotes I had were very expensive and then I found Insuristic 🙂 the CEO Rob answered any queries personally by phone and email, the Company offer various reasonably priced policies for my situation over 3,6,9 or 12 months duration. I opted for a 6 month policy, I called Rob and cancelled after 10 weeks as the house sold and I received a full,immediate, refund for the remaining days on the policy with no deductions or admin charges. Excellent service and highly recommended, thank you for making a very stressful time that little bit easier 🙂

The insurance cover required turned out to be quite complex but was given excellent advice throughout the whole process.
