I would give 0 star rating if it had one! This company is out to cream you for work that is not required. I had asked them to MOT my Mercedes car and to give it a full service. They came back with repairs against two MOT failures for a wheel bearing and an engine mount and quoted over seven hundred pounds. They also tried to charge me for items that were clearly stated in their quote for a full service of an additional two hundred and fourteen pounds. I decided that there was something fishy going on with their work and estimates and so had the car returned to me. I then took my car to Mercedes Dealer and got it checked out. It would seem the two items it originally failed was in fact a PASS. My Mercedes Dealer is now re-servicing the car again and that didn't include the wheel bearing or engine mount. How can companies like this exist and continue to bamboozal customers with irrelevant work and bad company practices? Integrityautomotive need to change their name. I saw no integrity in handling my car or the service I received.

Hi Helen, thanks for taking the time to write this review. At Integrity Automotive we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional value for money and unrivalled customer service, so we were surprised to hear your feedback.
We have checked our records, and you booked in through Who Can Fix My Car for a Full Service and MOT. As specified in the quote, this covers an Oil Filter and Air Filter change, and due to the service being well overdue we advised that the car would benefit from a Fuel Filter and Brake Fluid change which accounted for the additional £214 quoted. These items do not form part of a ‘Full Service’ when booked through this price comparison platform and would be classed as a Major Service and Brake Fluid Change.
We understand that getting an MOT Failure and the associated repair bill can be quite stressful, so we always send a video of the Vehicle Health Check so you can see the damaged/failed items for yourself. Your vehicle failed it’s MOT on a Wheel Bearing, and the Gearbox Mount and you were quoted accordingly for these items, one of which was genuine parts from Mercedes as no pattern parts were available.
We can see from the DVSA records that you have taken your vehicle to be MOT’d again at a different garage, and that they too have failed it’s MOT, this time on additional items. They have put the Wheel Bearing as an advisory, but according to the DVSA MOT guidance, this should always be a fail. They have also put the Gearbox Mount as an advisory, but they have made a note to say this is a marginal pass and that it should be replaced.
We carried out your Service and MOT with great care and provided you with a video so you could see the items which were dangerous and in need of replacement for yourself. We our proud to have an establishment that rivals any main dealer, and at our core is a family run and owned business. We set ourselves to a very high standard and we are sorry you left feeling bamboozled.

Poor Repairs Service.
Took my car in for repairs following a breakdown.
They misdiagnosed the extent of repair work required. Billed me for what they had done, but also informed me that substantial further work would be required before the car could be driven again.
They held on to my car for 6 MONTHS whilst I disputed payment of their invoice.
Would advise to be careful if you take a car in for repairs.... unless you can afford to live without it for half a year!!!
