Ordered the drives, payment was fast and painless, the order was delivered ahead of schedule in well packaged wrapping and in separately packed mylar bags.

Tracking information was available from the moment payment was made and support followed up to ensure the items were delivered safely.

Great and smooth service

Intelligent Servers have been absolutely excellent to us. We're a small children's charity based in Wales and we've been working with them for a number of years now. The pricing, support, communication and shipping is always first class. Jack, our account manager, is a credit to the company.

I've made two purchases here recently. One was lightning fast with two perfect products delivered instantly (well, early next day!). The other was a more complicated request with quite a bit of back & forth relating to some differences between apparently identical products produced by the vendor in different years, and variations in specific PSUs. However, Leigh really went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we needed for this particular use case. We'll certainly be back.

I don't normally review anyone. I think this is the first company ive ever gone to review without being asked.

I bought some RAM for my server, was delivered next day and it all works. They called me before sending it to confirm it will work with my server and then called me again once I received the product to ensure I got it all working. They even gave me some good advice when I had some technical questions.

Very prompt delivery. Item was not exactly as illustrated on webpage but immediate help and advice given to correct the problem.

Absolutely fantastic service. I personally didn't know much about spec & tech, but after a half-hour with Leigh, one of the company's outstanding staff, I knew exactly what I needed, the best way to go about it and how everything works. If you're looking for the good stuff, you found it!

i needed to return two power supplies and discovered that returns were only accepted for store credit, which was not mentioned on the sales page. however, when this was pointed out, the company both gave me a full refund and changed their website. this is really good service and i am pleased with the outcome.

Very helpful team with excellent hardware and prices, definitely recommended!
