Zayn at Intercargo has been handling my domestic FTLs for quite some time, and has always provided a 1st class service with extremely competitive rates.
Not only that but Zayn isnt a 9-5 account manager. We'll be dealing with deliveries into Poundland, TJ Morris & B&M well into the evening. Zayn has even helped out whilst he's on holiday.

Intercargo is the biggest scam ever
Intercargo is the biggest scam ever. They took thousands of dollars to deliver a package to me and still try to sucker me into more thousands. For three years they are scamming me. They took a over $20,000 from me and have the never to ask for $4,000 more. Since the Covid, they are scamming thousands from us.
Pls avoid this company
Pls avoid this company. They are fraudsters. They came for my box from the 13th 0f December and up till now I don't know where my things are after paying £300 for my airfreight from UK to Ghana. They lied about every documentation of emails sent to me. Fake airway bills with Fake tracking numbers that you can't track. I'm going to take a legal action against them. I still don't know where my things are till date.

Intercargo have been amazing during the COVID-19! Service from Zyan has truly been excellent. The company have kept me updated with my cargo from start to finish! The best part is Intercargo offer one of the best rates around making it affordable for business like me to continue shipping overseas when other companies were increasing freight charges! 5 stars!!!!

Fraudsters
I absolutely agree with Emily Hunter below. This company is just a bunch of fraudsters. Not only that they tried to blackmail me and extort money fraudulently, but they damaged significantly my cargo. I am in the process of taking them to court and seek damages. Will follow up with Trading Standards and the lot.These people should not be allowed to continue. Will keep you posted

Successful air freight, eventually
I'd give 3.5 if possible. Shipped personal belongings from US to UK by air freight. Collection was simple - be ready to print your own shipping labels and to purchase your own insurance externally. We provided packing lists and values for each item, as well as a prearranged customs clearance for the UK (Transfer of Residence). Our goods arrived today after around a month in transit, but we weren't charged any fees beyond those we paid for the original door to door service. It was a little unnerving, having all our worldly possessions stuck in Canada for three weeks. That said, communication was relatively frequent, clear and reassuring throughout, especially our dealings with Raqim and Maria.

Scam!!!! Scam!!!! Scam!!!!!
Very nice web site, SCAM!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!! Charged my card, never provided the service. SCAM!!!!!! Customer service never answers. SCAM!!!!!! Went to the address, company is not even there. SCAM!!! Package is not shipped on time. I out almost $400 and look unprofessional in front of my customer.

I wouldn't recommend this site or company. Shipper beware. The phone numbers are a waste of time to call because no one answers or it just keeps you on hold. They have an automated general message that comes to you if you email them but there will never be an actual message response after that. Customers matter and if you cant communicate with your customers then all of the apologies in the world can not make up for that. Instead of putting focus on reviews divert some of that effort in assisting the customer.I am calling my bank to cancel the transaction and open a fraud case.

A personal effect-move with Intercargo
I had a family emergency and personal, professional need to move back to the homeland India after 10 years of stay. After days of research, I found Intercargo to ship an LCL from Boston to Mumbai. However, as compared to other door-to-door services they had door-to-port for my location. I made a decision to choose Intercargo. My destination handling at Mumbai was eventful but my shipping handling and service was comparatively good with Intercargo.The arrangement with Intercargo had some difficulty and revision from me but they handled it very well and cooperated.There was some minor damage. But I have taken that responsibility.
I would definitely use their service again if they provide door-to-door. I will recommend and acknowledge them as they kept their mission statement: ownership, communication, and technology.
I personally thank them for their efforts.

Unhelpful, inattentive, went wrong on several levels.
Booking through website failed, but money was deducted from credit card. Booked via email and was helped very friendly (couple of weeks in advance of pickup).
Only a day before the scheduled pickup of the package (after I contacted them to ask at what time they would stop by) I was informed that I had to rebook the pickup, that the pickup was more expensive as I booked the wrong level ("general cargo" instead of "personal effect") and that the packages wouldn't be delivered at the address I gave.
All this could have been prevented if they paid more attention at the first booking. Based on exactly the same information I gave them in the beginning they now concluded that I (!) had done it wrong. Luckily I could find a different shipping company.
In response to their response: please add information on the levels of shipment to your website (ideally at the same page where you ask the customer to fill out that info)

BEWARE !!! Specially CANADA and USA shipments . It will be biggest mistake in your life
This company doing FRAUD !!! Someone has to stop them . We sent 10's of shipmets with them and nearly all ofe them they overcharge our customers via their company in USA . After investigating carefully we found that their US company has virtual office and virtual phone service and because they don't answer any emails and phonecalls they clear it from customs and store them in their storage so they can get extra storage charges . We paid Door to Door service including all costs which was approx £600 and they overcharge our customer $800 storage charges . We will not let them get away with it ! We lost over £5000 because of them ! NEVER AGAIN
