Worst online retailer. Completely unreliable. Order took 3 weeks to be delivered. No backorder, they just didn’t book any courier until I chased it up after 2 weeks. Website says leaves within 5 days.... Toon meer

Great service and products!
I have ordered 2 separate items from Interiorsonline to date. The customer service has been great and the items were delivered as promised and in perfect condition.
Beautiful marble console!
Our table console was delivered within a week. It was carefully wrapped for transportation. The quality was great! We are very happy!
Prompt & excellent service
I ordered the Stockton buffet with some caution as it has mirrored panels, however I was happy with the price. It was only 7 days after ordering that I was contacted by the courier company to arrange delivery the following day. They arrived at exactly the time indicated, and were very helpful in ensuring the buffet was put in the exact location I wanted. The buffet was packaged to ensure there was no damage and on unpacking it I was very happy to find that it was flawless and exactly as described online. It looks stunning and I am very happy with this product and the prompt service that I received.
This is the third time I have used Interiors Online for a purchase and have been very happy with their prompt and excellent service.

I have purchased bedside tables and a mirror from Interiors online. The bedside tables took a few months to arrive and the customer service team kept me up to date through out my wait.
I was very impressed by the quality of the tables and when we needed a mirror, they were the first company I looked at. I only had a two week wait for the mirror and it was packaged extremely well and again is high quality. I would highly recommend Interiors Online and will continue purchasing from them myself.

Aero mini bar
The aero mini bar looks good.
The only thing it lacks unfortunately is electricity.
This wasn't obvious when shopping via an iphone that it wasn't electrified and really is a glorified cupboard.
It is not a mini bar. It is an accessory cupboard or bar caddy.
I now have a rather expensive, superfluous stylish box sitting in my garage and I have no idea what to do with it.
When asked by the assistant at interiors online did I need anything,I Said "Ice?"
That fell on humourless ears.

Quality floor cushions
Bought 2 floor cushions which are well-made and sturdy, very pleased. Very responsive Customer Service team when I had a delivery query, which was very much appreciated.
Smooth & easy
I have never bought furniture online before but decided to give it a go. I purchased a coffee table and 2 bar stools from Interiors Online and found the process very easy. The goods arrived with no fuss and even looked better than I expected. I would definitely use Interiors Online again.
Bad experience with Interiorsonline
The goods we bought were inappropriate. The advertisement was inaccurate and misleading. Interiorsonline refused to acknowledge this and would not allow a return.
Imagine our surprise when we discovered the price charged by the supplier
to Interiorsonline was one quarter that charged by Interiorsonline. A 400% markup!
Beware of dealing with Interiorsonline. I will have nothing more to do with them.
