Customer services next to useless. They do not answer questions. Staff sre unable to grapsh what is asked and then answer.

They also charge paypay fees to the customer. This does not appear lawful in the UK. When you ask whether extra has to be paid they say no, But them they do not credit the full amount to the account. Fees are a business cost and this cannot be deducted from a customer.

Big problem after more then 10 years with this company.

This guys blocking my account without reason and then they release them again a few days later, without reason or justification.

The biggest problem is that it takes 5 or 7 days, and I'm left unable to renew or register domains. Simply surreal.

These guys literally stole my domain then tried to sell it back to me for tens of thousands of dollars. After hosting with them for almost 15 years, this is the calibre of ownership this bucketshop has. STAY AWAY.

Renewed our domain we've held for many years. The payment was taken then they immiedately blocked the account. No way to access the domain name. They are asking for sensitive personal ID information which no one with any sense would hand over to unknown people over the Internet. Support is slow and now appears to have stopped responding all together.

You have hundreds of choices of domain registrars. Most offer a decent service. Internet.bs isn't one of them.

BS is charging $14.25 for .com renewals. The market rate is more like $11 (Dynadot, Cloudflare, Sav.com, etc). Go with one of those.

I reported a clear-cut scam domain (streamboo website) that has been defrauding Twitch streamers since early 2024 – fake follower sales, credential harvesting, hundreds of victims leaving identical complaints across review sites and forums throughout 2024 and 2025.
Internet.bs is the registrar. I submitted a detailed abuse report with timestamps, screenshots, payment proof, and multiple victim statements. Their response? A lazy, generic rejection with zero explanation and zero action.
The same domain is still 100 % active in November 2025, still running the exact same scam, still racking up new victims. This isn’t a “gray area” case – it’s textbook fraud and phishing, exactly the kind of abuse every reputable registrar is supposed to shut down immediately under ICANN rules and their own published anti-abuse policy.
By refusing to suspend or even lock this domain, Internet Domain Service BS Corp is actively protecting and enabling long-term scammers. Their abuse desk is either incompetent or deliberately indifferent – either way, it makes them complicit.
If you care at all about not having your registrar’s name attached to active fraud sites, stay far away from internet.bs.

I am writing this review to document our experience with Internet.bs. We are Digital Content Protection Srl, acting on behalf of Sky Group. After filing a UDRP complaint regarding the infringing domain x, we obtained a decision in our favor ordering the transfer of the domain.

Despite repeated emails and attempts to follow up, Internet.bs support and abuse teams have failed to provide any cooperation or clear timeline for the transfer. Our ticket #3491312 has received no response whatsoever, despite thousands of emails sent by our agents and even direct follow‑ups from AFNIC UDRP in France. All communications have been ignored.

The domain remains blocked but unresolved, leaving it vulnerable to further abuse. We even opened an account with Internet.bs as requested, yet we are still awaiting any confirmation or action.

This complete lack of response and transparency is unacceptable for an ICANN‑accredited registrar handling sensitive copyright matters.

We strongly urge Internet.bs to immediately address this issue and align with ICANN obligations, or we will continue escalating this matter to ICANN, AFNIC, and relevant authorities and documenting our experience publicly.

I have been with them since 2009. They are good for low price and privacy protection. Had no problem, I am stunned to see such bad reviews! by all the people. I hope they are not real review

Every month the same thing: Transferring 10's of domain names for half of them not being propagated for over 24h and they keep saying to "wait". This while other registrars have everything online in under 30 minutes. Bad service and at the moment I wouldn't recommend them at all.

This is the go-to site for criminals that need a domain name - no questions asked.

Unethical & illegal phishing & scam Domain Registrar Alert

There are significant concerns regarding the practices of a certain domain registrar.
“Internet Domain Service BS” is facilitating the registration of domains associated with malicious activities such as phishing, scams, and fraud.
Disturbingly, people at INTERNET.BS shirk their responsibility and avoid compliance with legal measures.
Several reports indicate that this “INTERNET.BS” registrar, has been unresponsive to these serious allegations. Despite various and repeated user complaints and legal obligations, responsible people at INTERNET.BS have allowed websites engaged in phishing, scams, and fraud to persist unchecked for several months and at this point even years.
Notably, there have been consistent grievances against the domain "lizardlabs.nl" a phishing and scam site imitating the original non-scam websiste “lizardlabsretail.com” for scamming purposes, which remains active even as of December 2023 under INTERNET.BS's registration.
Numerous affected parties have lodged complaints, and diligent efforts have been made to alert INTERNET.BS to these issues. Regrettably, INTERNET.BS has not taken the appropriate actions to address these concerns. This lack of action implicates that INTERNET.BS in enabling these scams to continue unabated.
As responsible digital citizens, it is crucial to highlight these matters and raise awareness about such practices.

Probably the worst claims service in the world, they belong to an international network for the sale of drugs online and illegal pharmacy products, they do not respond to claims and they are thieves, be very careful with this garbage company, they take advantage of your personal data to threaten you if You claim something from them, for example, look at this website cytotecpa.com, they are a drug sales network in Panama and this company provides their domain registration service, be careful, this is just an example of these criminals who have already been denounced

I bought a .feedback domain years ago with internet.bs.
.feedback is a well known scam register which doesn't allow you to pretty much do anything with your domain, if you don't pay an extortionate amount (thousands of $). Internet.bs knowingly sell you a scam domain but do not offer refunds and can't do anything about that. There are plenty of other non-dodgy domain serices (Cloudflare, Google Domain, iwantmyname), don't use internet.bs, don't do that to yourself.

This company is costing me customers and perhaps 10's of thousands of dollars a day.

Paid them for 3 domains, one of them VERY VERY important and they have switched the story multiple times over 17+ hours as to why they have not renewed them as they've done for years.
1st they said payment was "pending" with paypal and could take a couple of hours. After waiting about 8 hours they then said it was a technical problem & was being referred to level 2 support.

After 17 hours they emailed saying I needed to contact paypal to release payment. After proving that paypal cleared the money & it was up to THEM to renew the domains & do their own collection they come back to write:
"Our accounting department are checking into this request."

Also reminded them that had it been an expiration or payment issue it would've gone to a park page instead of our domains just timing out.

It's been almost 24 hrs. and our domains are still down with no further news

Please look up there other horrible review by searching "internet.bs" instead of "internetbs".

registering .feedback is a scam. it does not seem to work without a self-service option that is a shocking 350€ on top per year. complete non sense
