I purchased a Dallas compact scooter in 2022.it arrived the next day very well packed, recently I needed new batteries, they came next day. I cannot recommend this company enough,excellent service, needless to say I love my scootor never had any trouble with it, I've never given a review for anything before, but felt I needed to for this company.

My experience with Invamed, was brilliant. I ordered online,very simple. Then the fun began. The carrier sent me an email saying my product would be with me the next day. It wasn’t, for some reason it was in Scotland and I was in the West Midlands. I could only contact the carriers by web chat, which was not ideal. So the next day I contacted Invamed. I spoke to a lovely lady Vanessa, who went above and beyond for me. She called TNT/FedEx and sorted everything out for me. I have received my scooter, in good condition and couldn’t be happier.

Highly recommend this company, they couldn’t have been more helpful, the person I spoke to on the telephone was absolutely second to none with details about the item I wanted to purchase. The quality and the price of the item I bought was excellent. After I had received it I wasn’t sure about a couple of things regarding putting it together, the staff were again extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble . Bought a new mobility scooter for my disabled partner it arrived within 3 days (over the weekend)am really impressed with the quality and price.haven’t used it yet but I’m sure it will be great

I had the white glove service Richard arrived to assemble the scooter and took all the packaging away brilliant service

He came on time, serviced two scooters, informed us how to charge the scooters correctly, as we assumed as soon as the light goes green it's charged, how wrong we was, now charging them as advised, we were impressed at what he told us, hopefully will be better in the future, he also informed us that the grey scooters battery's were on the way out , so ordered two new ones. Looking forward to having trips without any problems, would certainly recommend thanks very much

Arrived very quickly. I’m impressed with the quality for the price. Sent me the wrong colour but it’s not an issue as I like the orange too. Only had a quick go on it so far as we are in the middle of putting a ramp in to replace the steps but it’s easy to manoeuvre and a comfortable ride. Very happy with my purchase.

I had been thinking of buying a scooter for some time as I don’t get about very well I used to hire one when we went on holiday.On the 3rd of Jan I was looking on invamed and saw a Xmas sale and decided to buy one, I placed my order on the 3rd of Jan which is a Friday and had an email straight away to say they had received my order ,on the following Tuesday 7/1 I rang to see when I would get delivery to be told it would be with me on that day I was very surprised and it did arrive ,easy to put together ,and it was a lot better than I expected for the price. I have been out and about on it over the last couple of weeks and I am very impressed and glad that I decided to get one as I can now get about . Invamed have given me back my freedom ,thank you Invamed

Very helpful on phone told me all I wanted to know and more. Ordered on a Thursday was delivered on the Friday morning following day .lovely little scooter all in all highly recommended I give them a 5 star well deserved
