I withdrew funds from Investizo a month ago, and a month later, the funds still haven't been processed and credited to my account. I posted a comment directly on Trustpilot. Investizo replied that they had processed my withdrawal, but in reality, they haven't made the payment; the withdrawal status still shows "processing." Their handling of the situation is disappointing, and I hope Trustpilot can help me.

This trading platform is so terrible it doesn't deserve a single star. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
My MT5 account IDs are 45416 and 46372. My account was debited on March 24th and then immediately went into "additional photo verification" mode to block withdrawals. OK, I took photos and sent them, but to this day they still haven't paid me.

The support team is extremely poor. They only respond with pre-written, robotic answers, without resolving the issue. I've contacted them multiple times but there has been absolutely no progress or clear response. The service is terrible. Especially when the problem originates from their side, they offer almost no support or response.

Tôi thực sự thất vọng với quy trình rút tiền tại sàn Investizo. Tôi đã thực hiện lệnh rút tiền, hệ thống đã trừ số dư (Balance) ngay lập tức, nhưng sau đó là một chuỗi ngày chờ đợi vô vọng.
Sàn bắt đầu đưa ra các yêu cầu KYC (xác thực danh tính) rất lằng nhằng và mất thời gian, mặc dù trước đó tài khoản của tôi đã được xác minh. Tôi đã thực hiện đầy đủ việc chụp ảnh chân dung kèm căn cước công dân và giấy ghi chú theo đúng yêu cầu từ bộ phận an ninh, nhưng đã 2 tuần trôi qua tiền vẫn chưa thấy đâu.
Mỗi lần liên hệ hỗ trợ, tôi chỉ nhận được các câu trả lời rập khuôn như "đang chờ bộ phận tài chính xử lý" .Việc giam tiền của khách hàng quá lâu sau khi đã trừ số dư là hành động thiếu chuyên nghiệp và gây mất niềm tin trầm trọng.

INVESTIZO IS A SCAMMER, they are not approve my withdrawal requests, they still keep the withdrawal request status "IN PROCESS" more than 27 days: I submitted a request for $230 on 26th February, and another $200 on 27th February from my account number 2141820679, I have sent them many emails asking for approval, but they still keep silent. Do not even think to open account to trade with them, they are a SCAMMER.

I am currently experiencing an issue with a withdrawal request at Investizo. My withdrawal has been held for several days with the explanation that the security department needs to perform additional checks, but no clear or specific reason has been provided for this delay.

What frustrates me is that the process is extremely slow, and the responses from customer support are very general. They keep repeating that the request has been forwarded to the relevant department, but there is no specific timeframe and no transparent explanation as to why a client’s funds need to be held for so long.

I hope Investizo will improve the speed of their processing and be more transparent when explaining issues related to clients’ funds.

When will I finally be able to withdraw my money?

Mình buộc phải lên tiếng để cảnh báo công khai về một broker không minh bạch trong việc chi trả hoa hồng cho IB.
👉 Broker: INVESTIZO
Sự việc cụ thể:
IB đã yêu cầu rút commission hơn 5 ngày,
Số tiền ~2.000 USD, không phải con số lớn,
Không nhận được bất kỳ phản hồi nào từ phía sàn: không email, không support, không giải thích lý do.
Mình đã chờ thêm 3 ngày nữa với thiện chí hợp tác, nhưng kết quả vẫn là im lặng hoàn toàn.
➡️ Đây không còn là chậm trễ kỹ thuật, mà là dấu hiệu rõ ràng của việc giam tiền IB.
⚠️ Quan điểm cá nhân rất rõ ràng:
Đưa khách vào rồi không trả commission là điều không thể chấp nhận trong ngành này.
Nếu tiềm lực yếu, vận hành không minh bạch, thì đừng bước chân vào thị trường Việt Nam.
2.000 USD còn không chi trả được thì đừng nói đến quyền lợi trader hay IB lâu dài.

KHÔNG làm IB cho sàn Investizo
KHÔNG giao dịch,
KHÔNG đưa khách,
cho đến khi sàn có phản hồi chính thức và giải quyết dứt điểm vấn đề chi trả.
Bài viết này nhằm bảo vệ cộng đồng, không công kích cá nhân.
Minh bạch – uy tín – giữ chữ tín là điều tối thiểu một broker phải có.

Well, you just confirmed that you are pure scammers.

You talk about more than 1 year old event where you tried to deduct over 4k USD from my account in form of dividend. After a very anoying conversation about the fact that you overcharged me 4x more, you admitted it and corrected the adjustment.

Now, for no specific reason, you charged me 53 213 USD (!!!) for a misterious "swap adjustment". I only traded NGAS since the index adjustment, over a year with a fix swap value. In this period, you processed several withdrawals and everything was okay. The only reason you are charging s**t out of me is the fact that I was very profitable on my NGAS trades recently and you dont want to pay the profits, it cannot be more clear.

Investizo stopped all communication and ignore my withdrawal request for 6 weeks.

After several communication attempts via the official email, they completely ignore me and my withdrawal request.

I recomment everyone to pay attention with this broker, they are not regulated and they can decide not to pay clients anytime, just like in my case.

I will keep you guys updated.

The broker mention in their website that they do not offer services to some countries e.g European union etc but apparently you can register account and even trade. This certainly shows the non professionalism and unethical brokerage services.

Communication is non existent - I have had my account frozen without explanation, they allowed someone else to trade on my account so froze account apparently but then telling everyone that they didn't allow anyone to trade on it so then why is my account frozen and they are blocking withdrawals.
They will reply below trying to pretend they are helping me in background when they haven't assigned a manager to my case in 3 months now and they have resolved anything or even discussed it with me - I have emailed customer services 25 times in the past 3 months and no account manager has contacted me at all.

I liked two things about this broker:
1. Excellent execution and low spreads
2. Free VPN

This is a great broker for working with an Expert Advisor.

One of the few brokers operating in Iran. And it offers the best conditions for forex trading in Iran.
The only downside I can think of is the lack of MT5 but I was told by support that this trading platform will be available soon.
Otherwise there are only advantages: the lowest spreads and commissions. Fast withdrawals to Zipay (a very convenient payment system for Iran).

I have been working with this broker for about a year. The main advantage is the consistenly low spreads even during volatile times. Withdrawals are processed without delay usually within a few hours.

I've been using the company's services for about two months/deposits and withdrawals are problem-free, spreads on gold and EURUSD are reasonable.

I have been using Investizo for 6 months - everything is great! I withdraw ruppes to local bank without any problams (1-2 days). Deposit throught UPI/MPS works instantly.

I work with Investizo - so far everything is great. Fast execution of order, convenient withdrawal to the card, support promply solves issues. Spreads are moderate, terminal does not hang up

I have been trading with Investizo for several months. Pros: low spread, convenient terminal. Cons: occasional requotes at high volatility. In general^ a reliable broker, suitable for scalping and medium-term trading.
