iOffer Movies was the only place I was able to source a very rare series from my youth in the 90s, which was not even fully broadcast in its country of origin. And while the VHS quality of the clips was about 6/10 most of the time, which was fine for the rarity of the show, there was one episode so degraded that I said it was not fair to claim that they had it on file, since it was practically unwatchable (audio track and some giant glitching pixels). Promptly, the owner offered to either give me a refund or to grant me some other series to download instead, which was a good consolation in my mind. So overall, would recommend and will likely shop there again in future.

The DVD product was as described, in very good condition, played well, and surprisingly wrapped with great care.

Had I known I had to ask about the quality of the recording, I would have. The picture quality was very poor. I did flag this to the seller .. I appreciate this may be the only recording available, but poor quality needs flagging to the potential buyer prior to purchase. V disappointed!

I have been buying TV series and rare movies from I-offer movies for about 4 years now. And they always back up their Quality Guarantee's on their DVDs. What I mean by that is if there's any Flaws at all on the dvds, I can get the DVD or episode replaced absolutely free. Their professionality is superior. They let me pretty much ask for anything I want as far as different seasons and different episodes. They've always been there for me and I appreciate everything they do, by selling me these awesome DVD movies, and TV series on Dvds. Their Dvds are the highest quality. If i could think of any suggestion for them, it would be for them to offer subtitles in English Spanish and French on some of their DVDs.

This is my first time dealing with iOfferMovies. I ordered a TV series with 13 episodes. The delivery was fast and the product was reasonably priced even after customs fees. Unfortunately, one of the episodes was in French, so I can't watch that episode. As a result, watching the entire TV series was ruined. I wrote to the customer service email address provided about this defective product twice, but still no response. Now it seems that I won't receive the correct product from them instead of the defective one.
