Very responsive to my questions. I chose "other method of payment" and I received the help I needed to complete the purchase. Product arrived timely.

Overall the experience was great! The product was as described, and the quality was good. The only issue was that there was a wait from the vendor to fulfill the order. Given the date/time it was ordered made this quite understandable. Very pleased with the order and the vendor.

First disk of adventurs of jules verne was a completely inrelated movie.

Remainder of disks would not play at all.

To begin with, Dice (2001) is a joint Canadian-BBC tv mini-series for which it had previously proven impossible for me to locate a streaming option, not to mention a physical media copy; and since my viewing tastes can tend toward such series and movies, I'm most definitely keeping Ioffer Movies in my bookmarks, for future use. Also, my free shipping choice ended up being well worth what I believed would be a lengthy wait, as I received the DVD weeks before the expected delivery date. The DVD came in a protective sleeve as well as a DVD case, so there was additional shipping protection; the quality of the product itself was very good. All in all, a very satisfactory consumer experience!

The series that I ordered was the correct series and included the closed caption that I needed. Now saying that seems like an easy job, but the series I ordered was also produced in German and English. These were not the same series, but rather a similar series. So this was the only site that offered the original series and I am ever so happy with it!

For the most part the videos were of good quality. The last dvd the sound was off,it sounded like it was coming through an echo chamber. Also the last episode cut off minutes before the show ended. I am still happy with the purchase overall,as this was an impossible find anywhere else.

We’ve searched for 15 years for this favorite TV series, and even wrote to the producers begging for a way to purchase copies of it. I thought this find was too good to be true, but the DVDs arrived in great condition! Would not hesitate to buy from this company again.
