The 2point4 childrendisks I received were very good except that one episode of season 2 is missing and the clarity of season 8 I would rate as fair.

I received a faulty dvd set that only plays the intro of the television show. Another set was shipped out to me and still doesn't play the television series. I would like a refund.

The show I asked for (Freedom, released in 2000) didn't have all the episodes included. I somewhat understand since it's a very hard show to get ahold of in general but that's also exactly why I decided to pay for it through this website. I sent a follow up email asking if there was a way I could get the rest of the show and I was met with no response. Very disappointing.

I was not able to purchase this movie anywhere else but through you. Thank you so much.

I odered what was supposed to be the complete seasons of Cupcake Wars 1 and 2. My order even specifies both seasons are complete, however, season one only has 3 episodes on the DVD with one of them being audio only when there should be 9 episodes in total. In addition, the second season is missing episode 5. Very disappointed.
