staff competent,product good quality.price beyond belief.as an older customer(OAP) i would have no problem at all ordering again

Company got broken glasses repaired and back to me quickly even though it was Easter weekend. Good customer service. My only problem with Iolla is that they give students a discount but pensioners are ignored. I believe it should be all or nothing to single out a specific group for discount seems unfair.

They were super friendly and highly professional.

Great selection, great service, great price options. I was only in Edinburgh for a few weeks and my glasses would not have come quick enough so I got them sent to my home in Canada. I was notified at every step that they were shipped and on the way. So pleased with my new glasses too.

Range of frames was at first a little bit limited for my personal preference but soon found a pair I liked.
Staff were super helpful and once I'd made the decision to order the process was really easy.

Lovely glasses; excellent value. Had to wait a little while before I was served initially but that is ok - it shows they weren't rushing the person in front of me! I haven't used them for lenses (being filled by my usual optician as I have issued) so cannot comment on that part of the service. I don't think they have an inhouse optician.

Iolla is a great business. They have affordable, stylish glasses and sunglasses and a very quick delivery service. What makes them 5 stars however is the friendly, enthused and capable staff. Outstanding.

Stopped by the St James Quarter store in Edinburgh as was passing by. Laura was an absolute star and helped me organise the fitting and ordering of my first pair of specs.

Wanted to pay by Klarna so was provided details for the customer service team in order to arrange. Glasses ordered via phone and delivered well within the specified timescales.

Varifocals doing the job so far and look great as an added bonus.

Inclusive pricing and selection of styles made my decision to shop with Iolla an easy one.

Perfect first time experience. Great glasses, delivered quickly, hassle-free browsing in the shop. Would happily purchase again.

I recently returned to iolla to get my glasses checked as I was having issues with the vision in both pairs. They were really attentative and ensured I did not leave until I had a plan to get them fixed. Long story short they needed a new prescription which iolla replaced for free as I had issues with both pairs from the start. Really pleased with the service and there is every style of glasses you could imagine.

Staff are fantastic , plenty of time to help without being pushy . I loved the huge choice of frames and of course the prices ! My order was ready quickly and picking them up & having the final fit was very smooth . Well done Iolla, I’ll be back .
