I'm a small time business compared to some of the other giants IOU funds. Judith and Karen treated me like ROYALTY!! In a time where outstanding customer service is rare, they both hit it out of the ball park! This is now my 3rd deal. I'm not a paid person to make this review up. My first deal with them got my business into Nevada, my 2nd deal to New Mexico and now my new 3rd deal is taking me to Colorado! I advise anyone who reads this to learn from a couple of simple things. 1)Please commit and follow through your payment structures. 2) Its tempting to touch that extra cash, DON'T TOUCH! 3) Use your money to grow and expand and NOT to pay your current debt. I know it's expensive to borrow but honestly here, would you trust someone who you barely know with money that probably won't pay you back? Again thank you for boosting my company up IOU, JUDITH AND KAREN!!

These guys are hands down the best financial institution in the industry. I've been working with them for years now and they never disappoint and they always give me exactly what I need, fast and are very easy to work with.

This company is extremely competitive. You could spend weeks applying elsewhere, or you could just give them a shot. They’re fast, fair, and make aggressive but reasonable offers.
