Ignite Property Group Limited Reviews

Cavity Wall insulation: very impressed with the level of expert guidance given and the care to survey thoroughly and advise on the best solutions. Also quick to respond to any concerns either over the phone or by email.
And we found the prices to very fair, especially given the insulation product itself is the best on the market. On the day the team were very courteous and tidy too. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The installation of my cavity wall insulation was very thorough, and only done once there had been two surveys and the cavity cleared of rubble - I know far more about wall cavities than I did before !
Their communication was excellent.

Throughout my contact with your team regarding Cavity Wall Insulation I have been impressed by the professionalism, thoroughness, and helpfulness of everyone I encountered. My initial enquiries were responded to promptly and positively, communications were always clear and friendly and the booking process was made very easy. Kurt, the surveyor, provided useful information and guidance and his investigation and report was, on the whole, very thorough. The on-site team were brilliant; courteous, hard-working and helpful. They did a superb job and left the site clean and tidy.
I think you are fully entitled to be very proud of your company and the service it delivers.
With many thanks for an outstanding experience, and a noticeably warmer home.

Really professional, quick and knowledgable.

Rejigged their schedule to fit me in this week under tight time pressure. Blaine and Josh came to fit loft insulation. They were both friendly, professional and efficient. Blaine clearly explained everything to me which I appreciated. Hassle free process and I'm happy with everything- thanks so much!

Great service from start to finish …Had cavity wall insulation done and was bit nervous of the procedure .. needn’t have worried at all as soon as they arrived Jamie and David were total professionals and super friendly ..what a great service... Thanks

Blaine and Josh came to do our loft insulation. They were punctual, efficient, and all round lovely guys!! As the only woman in the house at the time, I was a bit nervous beforehand but they were so kind and considerate that all those worries went away. I would definitely recommend!

I’m very pleased with the loft insulation. The survey was thorough & explained to me what was being done & why a survey was necessary prior to work being carried out. The guys who did the installation were polite, arrived on time & cleaned up.

Loft insulation installed to quoted price. Resolved issues with potential asbestos and boarding with no fuss. When guys arrived on site they were polite, got the job done and left the area clean.

Cavity Wall Insulation by Ignite.
A very professional service from start to finish. From communications from Jack in the office, through two very thorough surveys by Mike and Antoni and, finally, the installation by Karl and Frank.
All members of the team were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to us throughout. Highly recommended.

Blaine and Josh did our insulation in our loft this morning. Very efficient and great job. Recommend.

I paid for a new build snagging survey which was complete and ready to move in.
The criteria for the survey covers white goods and decor. The surveyor failed to mention the white good issues (no power to the dish washer or the extractor fan and no waste outlet for the washing machine) even though there were in situ and accessible.
I raised a complaint with the Managing Director whose reply contradicted the criteria for the survey, a copy of which he sent me.

Frank and Karl came yesterday to do our cavity wall insulation, they arrived in the time given for the appointment, both very friendly and any questions asked was answered they explained everything and what to do after and left everything clean and tidy.
They are both brilliant

Awesome service from Josh and Blaine, removing boards in attic and re insulating property. Top job, top lads. Thoroughly recommended

Frank and Karl attended our house today to install some cavity wall insulation.

They turned up promptly at the agreed time and worked efficiently and got the job done!

They kept everything clean and tidy and patched up the holes brilliantly.

Both great guys and would highly recommend.

Thank you both!

We had Frank and Josh do our cavity wall insulation. Turned up on time explained everything and did the job quickly and efficiently. Two very nice and friendly members of your team 👍👍

Excellent service from both Frank and Josh. They were both friendly and approachable. Everything was explained and they talked us through the whole process. Frank took the time to show me how to check the log burner for information as I didn’t know what model it was. The overall installation took less time than I expected as we have no side access which I thought would make it more difficult but this was not an issue. They left everything tidy and the holes were covered and left ready to paint as they took the time to match the texture of the wall to make it easier for me. We can heartily recommend Ignite as installers and Frank as Josh are both outstanding.

Frank and Kahal Exelent service very friendly clean tidy highly recommend these lads nothing was any trouble I thank you

Really pleased with the job carried out by the team. Frank & Karl were very polite and professional, did a great job and tidied up afterwards.
