Ignite Property Group Limited Reviews

Did a fantastic job, really pleased with my upgraded cavity wall insulation. It's made a big difference and my energy use when down notably straight away.

Really enthusiastic and professional fitters who clearly love what they do and know their stuff. Really good communication from the office and the whole process was clear.

Approached the company for multiple properties now, in my experience the company has been both professional and efficient. Communication from first point of contact till completion has always been great and they have stuck to their installation dates. The install team work respectably and tidily on site following site procedure.
Will continue using for future projects.

They were professional and did a good job

I contacted Ignite about reinsulating my loft area, having just finished replacing Crittall windows with double glazed windows, as it made sense to to plug the last area of heat loss that I could access from my first floor maisonette. Having contacted Ignite I received a phone call saying that a survey could be completed very shortly (my memory's hazy but, I think it was within a week or two of making initial contact). The survey was quick and efficient, the guy took all of the details required and then told me that a written quotation would be emailed to me asap. The quote arrived the next day and, following a clarification of materials to be used, I agreed to the quote and paid a 50% deposit. A week later the insulation fitter turned up, at the agreed time of 09:30, and after a quick chat to establish my requirements (lifting and refitting loft walk-boards or, if possible, being able to work with the boards in situ) he got going in the loft. The job was pretty quickly completed, relatively speaking, by around 15:30. I was shown photographs of the finished loft area (which showed the complete lack of attention a couple of plumbers had exhibited toward my loft, its contents and the insulation - everything had been thrown about, insulation piled up and not laid down again etc!). The guy did offer to tidy up the loft area before leaving - the old insulation having been replaced with the new stuff in a careful and orderly fashion) but I said to leave it as I can't get up to the loft anyway, being disabled. The maisonette was relatively clean and tidy, where the guy had been active, after he'd finished cleaning up after himself (I had a couple of boxes of wine, Xmas presents, at the bottom of my rather steep stairs which made access a bit tight and created small areas where falling insulation could hide - nothing of substance to write home about).
I am delighted with the end result, my rooms started to warm up within hours of the central heating coming on and have been improving every day since in incremental steps (using a couple of space heaters helps drive off the accumulated condensation and, with the central heating, push heat to places that haven't been warm in years). The price was more than fair and the end result is a very happy, warm and content disabled OAP, I would wholeheartedly recommend Ignite Property Group to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient and competitively priced provider of loft insulation.

Prompt survey followed by detailed report. Answered all our questions before we went ahead. Had both cavity wall insulation and more loft insulation. Both teams were excellent, tidy, efficient and polite. Small issue sorted out quickly after. We are thrilled with how cosy our house is now.

The company surveyed my loft, gave a competitive quote for insulation within hours, and responded to my follow-on questions in details within minutes.
Installation team was on time, polite and clean. Throughout communications with company was excellent.

Ignite: Reliable about dates of arrival, knowledgable and patient in answering all our questions. Would recommend Ignite, despite a small problem, they owned it, swiftly sorted it and we have been very pleased to have had a great job done by both Jack and his team.

Knowledgeable, professional and absolutely brilliant. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending to anyone wanting the same work done.

Very detailed report which has been passed to our developers. Thank you Brian for being very approachable and paying so much attention to detail. We will certainly recommend premier Snag to our friends and loved ones.

Excellent comms, thorough work and a fast turnaround. Thanks

Jack and his team were very professional, approachable and explained any queries well. The workmen were punctual and did a very clean and tidy job. The price was competitive. If you are getting cavity wall insulation done, I'd have no hesitation recommending these people. I am impressed.

The surveyor arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable. At the end, he explained what he found and we discussed what remedial action was possible. The report was prompt and very informative. I am not confident about the "low hanging fruit" to improve the energy efficiency of our home

Jack and his team were very professional throughout the instsllation of cavity wall insulation.polite and efficient.will recommend for sure. Can feel the benefits already with a warmer house.

Great communication before the survey, detailing exactly how it would work on the day & when we would receive the report etc.

The report was received even earlier than expected and picked up a number of snags we didn't spot when we had visited the house a few days earlier.

Would highly recommend!

Jack quoted us for cavity wall insulation and was helpful and informative. Jack was fully polite, engaged, explained everything clearly. Very happy with the survey that shows where we can save energy (money!).

Jack turned up on time and was very prompt and helpful in doing the survey. As well as sharing the report, he spent some time with us talking through his observations and recommendations for next steps. The report came through the same day with clear recommendations.

Before i met Jack at my property i asked him several questions beforehand to which he fully explained the process. On arrival he carried out inspection and went through the findings with myself. I will be asking for his services in the near future to carry out the work that is required. First class customer service by Jack and the team. Will recommend for sure.

Jack was really helpful and informative. He turned the report around very quickly. We will be actioning the points as soon as possible!
